(Original) J'ai été pour la première fois du côté des instuments un peu avant Noël. Vous y serez comblés si vous savez ce que vous voulez. Par contre, expérience excessivement décevante face au vendeur. Mon début d'aventure d'achat de ma première guitare s'est vite buté à une nonchalance exceptionnelle du représentant. Un manque d'intérêt flagrant de sa part, poussant même l'insulte en me disant... ah ben je ne connais pas tes besoins... j'avais pourtant débuté mon approche en lui mentionnant que j'étais un pur débutant, et j'attendais ses autres questions afin de ''cerner'' quelques options à envisager. N'est-ce pas la définition même d'un ''conseiller'', que de poser des questions afin de comprendre les besoins de ses clients?! Donc INUTILE de fréquenter cet endroit si ce sont les conseils que vous cherchez. Après cela, on se demande pourquoi les gens se tournent vers le web pour découvrir s'informer et puis acheter par la suite. Mes nombreuses recherches pour acheter des pics de guitare me guidaient aussi vers des pics plus souples pour débuter. Quand je lui en ai demandé, au lieu de me donner des informations, il s'est même gâté en critiquant sérieusement cette idée farfelue de ma part. Vraiment pas un wow le conseiller!
