I'm getting more and more disappointed with the service at this location. They don't greet you at drive through, and they have a hard time getting an order correct lately. Unfortunately they are all about speed, but speed isn't going to make a customer happy, isn't going to make them want to return, and it sure doesn't make them want to leave a tip when the customer service is lacking, and the food/drinks aren't made right.

I went to get coffee, and I understand that they are only drive thru at this moment. But what about people who want to take away the coffee?? They told me that they can't serve me because I don't have a car. Really? You guys want me to go buy a car first to get a coffee? Should I go buy a 30000 Dollar car to get a 2 Dollar coffee now?? This was the worst experience ever. I never expected that from any Tim Hortons. Not impressed with how Tims is now forcing a person to take a sleeve for their in adequate cups with horrible lids. I've had to double cup my coffee since I can remember because the cups are top hot to handle and a sleeve doesn't remedy this. So with that said I and many others will take our business to McDonald's who has the best cup for hot drinks and in my opinion better coffee. No sleeve or double cup needed. Think its just a petty way to save money as opposed to making a more functional cup and lid. DONE!

The person at the drive through window did not know what a cappuccino was and asked him if he meant a latte? then asked if he meant a cold drink? (I wish I was kidding) after explaining what it was to someone who works at a coffee shop we said never mind and ordered a coffee. Once up to the window another person gave us our drinks and my father asked why they didn't know what a cappuccino was and this person also did not know and could not make it for us nor did he even try to make one just said "Sorry, I don't know what that is" passed us our coffee's and left to take another order. It was so rude I was shocked. I am not one to write a review but this service was so poor. Are they getting trained? Sad to see, I hope they can improve.
