As soon as we walked in they all looked as if they had an issue with us there, except for one girl.. we bought what was supposed to be bright red hair dye and it came out purple so now I have dark purple hair and I’m furious.

The ladies in here are great. I'm a real simpleton with anything beauty related and i had a million questions about everything but both the girls there were so sweet and helpful.

Not sure if it was the manager or not, but I contacted main office and heard nothing. As she was helping me with hair color she stopped to scream at my child who was on the next isle. He moved a mannequin head ...I grabbed what I needed and left, she handed me the wrong color which would have made my black hair a mess. Other staff have been great, this one not so much!

Everytime I go to Sally's the girls are always very helpful and professional with me. They have all the best beauty products and so many different kinds of hair products. Let's just say they have everything I need to keep up with being my beautiful self. Its important to look my best because I'm a mother of 8 children and I'm only 31! I totally recommend Sally's Beauty Store if you wanna look and feel the best ladies and gentlemen ????❤????

Went.out made a purchase and came back again to make another purchase, staff sold me a product said the only difference was the grey coverage, ended up two different colors. Staff needs to know the products. Even asked for different product same color .

I absolutely love, love, love getting my things from Sally Beauty here in Sydney Nova Scotia cause if I wanted to get into something new and different from what I know, the ladies who work there are so professional and just down to earth helped me with everything from the hair dyes and volume 20 or 30 etc. They explained how to do my own hair and showed me things that I can buy for my face and hair types to have the best results. I was told whats on sale and so much more. I definitely recommend this store like a 100%! If you are looking for anything sallys is the best place to shop❤❤❤❤❤❤❤????????????????
