My Senior Pictures came out Great n I loved it but I would rather perfer for them to retake ask us or tell us, "okay so...this is came out nice and pretty but let's redo this this for a happy smile" because one of my pictures I didn't like my smile because it was when I'm about to smile, and I love the way I was sitting and posing but my smile wasn't great. And I'm still waiting on my senior picture that I had already paid and I have been waiting for it for almost 1 n a 1/2. When Will It Be DONE ??

Fast freindly service excellent work. You might be but ugly but when they get done with you you'll look fabulous. Parking might be tight at times area use to rough but has been cleaned up. We'll worth the trip to midtown.

Horrible customer services. My photos were scheduled to be complete on June 9, 2018 and I was informed that there was "NO" way that they would be completed earlier due to an overload of orders. It turned out that my photos were available on May 11, 2018 and they never contacted me to inform me that they were ready nor did they send me my digital copies. I never received a call from Maxwell. I contacted them today and they informed me that my photos were ready for pick-up on May 11, 2018. Melissa the supervisor/photographer was not genuine in her approach and communication with me as she attempted to over-talk me and minimize their lack of accountability. Just Horrible.
