I accidentally purchased the same online version of my daughters school photos and they would not provide me a credit because I only noticed it on my credit card after the school year ended. The quality of the lighting varies year after year and the photographer continues to offer low lighting photos to parents.

Il prétende que c'est moi qu'il a fait l'erreur. Quand on entre le code d'accès que l'on nous a donné, c'est la photo de cette année qui apparaît. Et, pourquoi je voudrais une photo de l'année dernière. Le service à la clientèle insiste sur le fait que j'ai choisis la photo de l'année dernière. Bref, ce que ce soit moi ou eux, ça m'importe peu car j'étais encore dans les délais. Je parle de moins de deux jours. Après plusieurs courriels infructueux c'est ma conjointe qui a pris le relais en appelant PhotoMania. Disons, que les esprits se sont quelque peut échauffés et que finalement ma conjointe s'est fait dire que nous étions pas de bon client. Nous tout ce que l'on voulait c'était la photo de cette année car on avait rentré le bon code. Finalement, qui connaît par coeur le code de l'année passée?

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!! Worst customer service. They deserve 0 stars! I've never been so disappointed in a business before.

Absolutely no flexibility for school pictures and they intentionally schedule school photo sessions in a way that forces you to pay a late fee. After contacting them, they were not at all interested in allowing us a couple more days to purchase pictures (we were waiting for the results of the siblings pictures before deciding on which packages to purchase). We usually spend between $100-$200 for pictures. This year, we're going to a chain photo studio. It'll cost less, and they will be accommodating. I've recommended to our school to end the business relationship with this company. Photo Mania should be avoided at all cost. Plenty of photography businesses in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. Likely you will find a good one that will treat you better than these guys.

Poor quality and horrible customer service! The Photos and products I ordered and prepaid arrived defective on the last day if school, company was closed for the Summer Season the following day. I contacted the company 2x this Autumn’s Season online via their website instructions and no response! The photos are never nice and products aren’t durable.
