I cannot say enough about the service and attention to detail. On short notice the team at Germotte was able to produce a display case and a 24x36 photo collage on canvass. They helped us select materials, gave guidance and advice on colors, consulted on the photo arrangements, responded within minutes of any emails. Due to the displayed item not being ready (hand made knife) when we had to present the display case we had to use another knife. they set the temporary knife up perfectly and swapped it out when the proper piece was finished. Great work! you cant go wrong selecting this team!

I called in the Saturday morning before Father's Day and I asked if they were able to print me two canvas to pick up same day. The man on the phone said no problem! And I actually received my two canvas that same day within a couple hours. They were so beautifully done and honestly impressed me very much. The workers were so kind and interested in my canvas and complimented me on the photos (which were of my father and I). I could not and still can not thank them enough! It is worth the price.

It was hard to find somewhere that would do a print that i wanted.... Not sure why but it was. Germotte was quick and did exactly what they said. The website was easy to use and it was superquick. In the store it was clean and welcomed my 2 somewhat rambunctious children bravely offering them sweets. They helped with a frame for the piece i ordered and did not overchage at all. I wish they had a tip jar. Lovely place and will definitely use them again.

Wow. Took a picture on my phone I wanted to get printed and framed and had absolutely no idea how to go about doing it. Since I needed guidance I looked for a studio that could give me some advice and called Germotte based on their good reviews. Manon and Ziad were amazing. They explained my options regarding framing vs canvas, and what size options would work best. The pic was an odd shape, and Manon was able to customize my stretched canvas to specifications that would make my pic turn out the best. They are definitely professionals, and I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them wholeheartedly!!

Got a hand drawn piece of art for my birthday, but it wasn't a typical size for a frame. I contacted Germotte Studio and heard back from them same day about options. When I brought in the picture they recommended several different framing choices and clearly stated the price of each. They do have an eye for pairing good frames with the art you bring in, and the materials they use are sturdy, while the glass permits good viewing even in bright sunlight. Thanks Germotte! I highly recommend you to anyone seeking to have unusually sized, personal works of art framed for long term preservation and enjoyment. 5/5

Quality wise, they are one of the best places to get your artwork digitally copied. They are very knowledgeable , diligent and helpful when it comes to printing artwork on any medium. They also listen to customer requests and introduced finer grain canvass when I was asking for it. Once I missed my window of getting my prints on time before they closed for the day. They called me after hours and still managed for me to get my prints that very day! They care about their customers and are flexible in many ways. Highly recommended!

Just picked up four 11" X 14" canvas prints. Absolutely great quality. The colours are perfect, exactly what I wanted, and the museum mounting is excellent. To top it off, the prints were ready in a week. Great work...and the price is very competitive.

I like Ziad. If you can, request to deal only with him as he is the most knowledgeable and accommodating. My print came out dark and he offered to brighten it, however his wife butted in and told me to make the adjustments at home.
