J’ai trouvé un autre endroit où ils font des numérisations haute qualité pour beaucoup moins cher et le service est excellent! Désormais je ne serai plus cliente du Gosselin photo pour ces raisons et cela fait longtemps que j’achetais mes films là bas. C’est terminé pour moi!

Terrible service, bought camera online, not in stock at my local store (in stock at all the others) but should be able to get within 24hrs. Got email confirmation and told to wait for email before going to the store, after 3 days sent email for and update on my order, 24 hours later still no update but I did receive an email congratulating me on my purchase and be sure to post my photos on Instagram with their hashtag. Could have bought from best buy but wanted to support local businesses. UPDATE, since posting my 1* review I received a call from Gosselin, the Customer Support person was most apologetic, told me my order was ready and added a little extra to my order for the lack of service. The person in the store was polite and efficient and I will have no hesitation doing business with them again. I would upgrade my review to 4* as their only real problem with my order has been lack of communication.

Poor customer service and not professionnal for large photo impression. Have to check their work if you want to be satisfied. Time consuming and somewhat frustrating as there is no way to have an adequate work flow. Spend as much as 125$ on a 40'' x 60'' laminate, ended up with a very dark picture far from being what I wanted. Called them and their reply was that it was my fault as I didn't make the right adjustment for impression!! But how could I know and do those adjustment when they are not providing mean of doing it. They don't have any printer or paper profile to provide and make those adjustments. You just have to guess? For that size and price, real professionnel would have made the adjustment and/or check with the client that it is going to be done correctly before the lamination. Will have to find better professionnel impression service.
