Buyer beware! While Virgila Dale's photos look to be great quality it's her poor customer service that one needs to consider before they commit. My wife and I had planned a surprise family photo during the Holiday's and paid an upfront $250 fee. While knowing this was non-refundable, Mother Nature decided for the first time since 1926 to snow on Christmas and with several sick family members and icy roads our photo shoot was not going to happen. Virgila has refused to refund the money and has been unwilling to compromise on a situation that was out of our control. While she seemed to gracefully offer up an extension, the fact is the family would not be together within a 30 day time frame. For us, as customers, we have lost out on everything, a prized family photo, $250, and countless back and forth - waiting for Virgila to make sure that you are on "her" time. As a business person I understand the importance of customer service. Virgila plays by her rules and unfortunately in a day and age where our lives and schedules are so busy it's amazing that she would be unwilling to compromise.

We love visiting Virgila! It is amazing what she is able to capture especially during a 10-15 minute span with her minis; not only the wonderful images, but the amazing set ups that her and her husband are able to create. I will treasure all of the photos that she has/will capture during these milestones. Covid specifically has made life more difficult for all and she as adapted to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. Which is a very daunting task for many, even more so when you add in toddlers! I look forward to visiting with my daughter as long as she is sharing her talent!

I took my three year old to get her pictures taken this weekend for one of the mini photo sessions. The whole experience was great. It was a quick photo shoot, but she took her time, it did not feel rushed at all. She did different poses and props. The turn around was very fast, and the pictures are beautiful!! Highly recommend.

Although the editing of pictures is incredible I have never felt more uncomfortable with the way that she treated my family specifically my little sister. Mind you she is 2 years old and the photographer yelled at her for going near props that she claimed was due to the pandemic even though she poorly sanitized the props that were used she also talked down to my uncle when he was trying to calm down my sister after the yelling incident raising her voice and saying “HEY HEY does he understand me does he speak English”(I’ll add we are Hispanic and have dark complexion) and if this wasn’t enough to upset me she then sent an email to my dad upset that he gave an honest review on her Facebook. I would honestly not recommend her to anyone her work which is beautiful I must admit is not enough to trump her poor customer service and unprofessional manner.
