Oh my Gosh! I went at this salon last week and it’s my first time. Her name is Charla who cut my hair and style it. I just do the research on google if which salon and who, that’s how I found Charla. Oh my Gosh She is the best and she is my favorite because I love how she experiment on how you look so beautiful or comfortable after she cut my hair. Plus, She is very nice and so good. I have never been there so this is a biased review. I got to taking with one of their used to be clients whom I didn’t know, but just complimented on her hair. She said that she went to studio platinum and the color didn’t turn out the exact way she wanted even though she showed them pictures but she still liked it. However, she said that the whole time they were working on her hair they were talking about other clients! :( That is just not professional. She said she didn’t want to go back and thought that maybe they’d even talk about her after she left. I wanted to try studio platinum as their Instagram is filled with beautiful hair but hearing that made me book with someone else. It’s so uncomfortable to think that they would talk about you behind your back after you left! 3 stars because like I said I’ve never been but I have heard several stories like such.

So glad I found this place. The staff is exceptional in this location. Very personable and professional. Each hairdresser there interacts and helps clean up together. I really noticed just how friendly they were with each other and others clients. This place is doing a lot right. My hairstylist was Cassie . She did an absolutely beautiful job . She spent a long time on my hair, and didn't act rushed or bothered for a single moment. She obviously has a lot of knowledge and passion about her profession. And oh my goodness this chick is an artist. These ladies are fantastic at color. Truly artists .

So about eight weeks ago I went to studio platinum for the first time. My stylist Ariela Salgado gave gifted me a wonderful service. With a full head of high lights and low lights. She styled and cut my hair perfectly. I had never gone to a salon and had someone listen to my wants and wishes. She also showed me all the products that she used on my hair so if it was something that I wanted to use myself I could purchase them!! Which I did!!! Ariela also came in on her day off so I would be able to get my hair done!!! I’m now here for my second appointment and all of the girls are here!!! I honestly can not believe the atmosphere in here!!! All of the woman and gentlewomen that work here are so wonderful. You can talk to they about absolutely anything and you don’t have to worry about being judged! You don’t have to worry about not being good enough! There are people in here all shapes, sizes and color! If I was in the fort Smith area. This would be the place I would want to come not knowing anyone!! This will forever be my salon!!! Thank you to all the wonderful ladies for making these hair appointments the most amazing four hours of my week!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Been here about 4 times each time different outcome but this last time done nit sure why so many good reviews no.consistancey with price or color while I was in there this last time one customer walked out my hair was ruined I went from a platnum to an eggplant was told I did something different was in the chair for 7 hrs and left nearly in tears the best part was told it was 200 for extension move up that included color she tried to charge me 300 I paid 200 and should have not been charged for the color never ever going back loud obnoxious and drama is this place !!

I arrived on time 10am, I had highlights on short hair and makeup done nothing over the top and I didn't leave until 3:pm... The lighting is horrible inside salon had to keep changing shampoo chairs which are uncomfortable. Will not be returning spent 250.00 down the drain.
