My experience with Mpix was perfect from start to finish. Excellent quality - I had them print baby shower invitations from an Etsy digital download. The paper and the envelopes (provided) were luxurious. I chose expedited shipping. I placed my order at 10:00 am on Wednesday and they were delivered to my door at 12:30 on Thursday! Highly recommend.

I had to ditch my longtime printing service earlier this year and was searching for a production house that could produce high quality prints of my photographs for my customers. I gave Mpix a try and, so far, I'm very impressed, both with the quality of their prints and their customer service... when I recently commented that a print looked a little washed out, their customer service team reached out immediately and offered to make good. When I mentioned that it would be great to have samples of their various paper stocks, she sent one out right away. I'm a perfectionist, and it's not always easy to please me, but Mpix exceeds my expectations on all fronts.

The quality of the printing seems good here but processing images on there web site is overly complex & mainly after making all your settings it changes them when you process the next image. When you 'add to cart' to pay it changes all images to the setting of the last photo processed. I simply have 5 pictures to make up 5 different ways. Theres no one to talk to and texting takes long periods (hours) of time to convey what could be communicated by phone in a few minutes. I hope to find a professional service, where you talk to a person to print the images even if it costs more!
