terrible pictures. twice we retake school pictures and not a result. Here the photographs are not professionals. They are not people they are robots. This comp should be forbidden to take photos at school, they do not care how your child gets in the pictures!!!

Do not use this company. Absolutely terrible service. Expensive and overpriced. No value for what you get. Paid $80 for 1 photo and digital copy, and the same photo on a handful prints. Was supposed to get multiple different photos. Very disappointed and will never use them again. This company should be ashamed at the scam they are running on unsuspecting parents. Go get your photos privately.

This year's pics were pretty below standard across the board. Weird head tilts, forced smiles, no option to choose a different picture this year either. Even our retakes were not great. Very disappointing for the 2021 school season

missing color in my sons photos. called was assured it would be corrected before they were sent out.. wrong even the second one i called they made notes still missing color!!! not getting calls back terrible service

Messed up our order twice in the last 2 years, double the price from last provider, poor package options with no actual savings, and still no response from our current order mix up! I think next year we're picking our own photographer than the schools pick (Lifetouch)!

Not impressed that you have a "special offer" but cant choose your own pick from the different photos taken. What is the point in having a "special offer"? I miss picture perfect they had way better variety and prices!!

My son’s photos didn’t arrive with the rest of the schools pictures and I wasn’t aware of that for weeks. I contacted the company and despite it saying it would respond in 48 hours, I didn’t receive a response for three weeks. My cheque had been cashed. His pictures were shipped to the school a month late and I still didn’t receive an email for another 2 weeks after they arrived. Poor customer service and yet the prices are exorbitant for the same quality of photos as companies half the price.

This years school photos were horrible. And so many I've spoken to today from multiple different schools have agreed. The photographer was not professional at all. Snapping a quick picture before students even have time to smile. Bad quality as well, so many shadows etc. I've always ordered in the past but definitely won't be. Also it used to be two poses, this year only one.

It would be nice if the pictures were more professionally done. Second retake was done after gym class and his face was red and sweaty. Will not purchase from Lifetouch Canada in the future.
