This business was contracted to take photos for PHHS. The person who took the photos needs to be fired. Apparently, doing their job to the best of their ability is clicking the camera shutter as soon as a student steps up to the photo backdrop. No direction, no warning. Just click and next. Laughable “photography” business.

Had my daughter's graduation pictures taken over a month ago. I bought a package costing over $120. Was told they would be ready in 20-25 business days.. I called today and they still werent ready. I asked the guy if he knew when they would be ready and he told me he had no idea.. He also said its not "business days" its "working days" Worst experience and still have no pictures. The way this is going she will graduate before I get the pictures.

Pictures came late and when we went to pick them up after being left a voicemail to pick them up, took forever to find them. Save your money and take pics with your smartphone, they have great filters that can rival this horrible service!

This is your typical commercial one-size-fits-all photography "studio." Their final product wasn't anything spectacular, and seems to follow the same conventions and tastes that were kitschy and popular about 10 or 15 years ago, but still somehow managed to sell in huge numbers for some reason. In all honesty, after seeing their final product, which includes portraits for different occasions, I don't really see anything that would stand out and command the fees they charge. Some of their most popular offerings include things like selective color or black-and-white photographs, typical glamour poses, and standard backgrounds and props. If I were to make a personal recommendation, I would say to save your money and hire an independent photographer who knows his or her craft, and who would be willing to take you're needed photographs Outdoors or in a place of your choosing outside of the typical Studio setup. Unfortunately, a lot of school districts force you to use their services as part of their standard senior or graduation packages. Again, if there's a way you can opt for using an independent, private photographer, I would definitely go with that option.

Hanks high school had seniors take their pictures here, horrible idea. They charged an extra $30 for us to view and pick the actual picture for the yearbook. In total $45 for a picture we're not going to get, seriously? Good job Hanks....

It is nearly impossible to reach a representative by phone. I have left several voice mail messages trying to get my senior high school student set up for an appointment. For the last several weeks, the voice mail box has been full. Please please please empty your voicemail! I plan to leave work just to go in person to make an appointment- but a person shouldn’t have to go in person in order to reach a business.

Been calling this place for months asking about my sons school pictures when we can order them etc. etc. all they kept telling me we will send it to your email finally came down here to order them they wanna charge me five dollars extra because I missed the deadline God for bid you speak English because these people can’t speak English to save their life here. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! My son missed having his senior pictures placed in the Eastwood HS school yearbook because they did not return a phone call. I called several times on October 29 and left voicemails and never heard back. I as a parent was NEVER TOLD BY ANYONE ABOUT A DEADLINE!!!! Even if that was the case, I should have gotten a call back from them in which I did not. Then I called to follow up today and I was told of an October 31 deadline. HOW COME NOBODY CONTACTS CUSTOMERS! Your company ruined a special lifetime moment.

Ordered high school pictures in August / September 2018 for my daughter at Pebble Hills HS. Still have not recieved an email or a call...let alone my pictures. I called in October inquiring about my order...and customization I ordered was the cause for delay. I spoke to a secretary or something but not a single manager returned my call. By far THEE WORST photography business I have ever dealt with - and my daughter has been to 8 schools in her life. At this point I'm going to call one more time to ask about my daughter's pictures. For a company that provides a service for people to preserve memories - I'm surely going to miss out on my daughter's Sophomore year pictures due to their lack of customer service, courtesy and care. I wish I could jack a star from someone else's 5 or 4 star rating. They by default get 1 at least.

Worst experience ever! First of all, I take my daughter every year since she was a baby for Halloween pictures with her costume, It’s our tradition. I would take her to the mall for pictures and photos would be ready within an hour, for so many years until they closed over a year ago. So when I scheduled the appointment at GS, my daughter was ready with her costume and makeup, but waited nearly an hour to be taken backstage. When they finally called her name, obviously I went with her as I always have done but the lady taking the pictures, kept arguing saying I needed to wait in the lobby. I’m sorry but I’m coming in because these are not graduation pictures and my daughter is young, not 17 years like the typical graduates in there. So after the bitter first impression, I went to choose a package (3 pages for $170). A few weeks later the pictures were ready, and oh my, was I surprised!!! The quality was just horrible, looks worst than the pictures I take with my phone and print out at Walgreens! Just thought that the HIGH price was going to match Quality, but was so wrong! The pictures from the mall were the BEST and now the Halloween collection looks very awkward with high quality photos and the one from Glamour Shots. I’m not one to write reviews but I am Extremely Disappointed with their unprofessionalism and poor quality. Next year I’m definitely finding a professional photographer which I know won’t charge so much and will do a better job. Don’t waste your money and time here. Zero stars if I could.

We had an appointment at 10:00 a.m for Senior pictures on a Saturday. We arrived on time, fully ready but no one was there. We assumed they were just running late but 5 minutes turned into 45 and we realized no one was showing up. Two other 10:30 a.m appointments came and went during our time waiting so we knew it was not just us. We left and called again at 11:00 a.m for information but they still had not opened. It is very inconvenient to wake up early, get outfits and makeup ready and move around your schedule to arrive to such an unprofessional establishment. Despite this, the appointment fee, which was not cheap, was charged to my account.

We took my daughters graduation pictures there. Everything went fine everyone was very nice but when reviewing the pictures we noticed ( the lady that put packages together and myself) my daughters hair had a bump on it obviously got missed up when changing into her outfits. She said they could do a touch up on the photos that needed it. They called me to pick up my photos. When looking over the photos the bumped on my daughters head was still there and pretty noticeable. I asked to speak to the manager. I did express I was not happy with the way they came out and the bumped was still there. I actually was not that worry I really thought it can get fixed. She asked me to walk to the back so can see what happen as she as looked over the portraits she says " Oh I see what happen whoever did her hair did a poor job doing it oh what a poor job." "If our hairstylist would have done it she would have make out beautiful." "your daughter is so pretty but what a poor job" I thought really do you need to be insulting. I did tell her" no her hair did not get done here but her photographer should have noticed her hair and asked her to go back to her dressing room to fix it." She said she would "rush" for the changes to be made not to call her she would call me in week. Its been two weeks going on three and no pictures. I did stop by to ask about my photos but there was no real concern from the manager she just said their not here yet. She didn't know when they will get there no real concern. I am insulted and disappointment that she would suggest I would not have put time and effort in my daughters day. I paid for hair, makeup took the time picking out the right dress and shoes what mom doesn't do that. It was a special day to see my daughter take her graduation pictures and pretty emotional. Her invitations are here but no photos. I don't know wants going to happen since no one has called from glamour shots to assure me they are working on it but like I said its been three weeks. Three hundred and something dollars later nothing I'm very unhappy with them.

They refused to let a parent in the sitting to chose photos and the pictures came out horrible. My child came out of there in tears. I do not know why schools insist on using rheir service. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The customer service is fantastic. The best customer service I have ever received in the city of El Paso. The quality of the pictures were amazing and they do not force you to buy anything. Its hard not to spend a lot of money though because all of my pictures have come out wonderful. I have done my senior pictures, family pictures and my children's pictures there and I have always been overwhelmed with joy on how well they have come out. keep up the great work!

I am so glad Glamour Shots was the studio of choice to do my sons senior pictures. Basically the best studio El Paso has! I brought my daughter for her pictures 3 years ago and the service has always been fantastic. The owner and her staff are wonderful and make sure your needs are accommodated. I am actually surprised by the previous reviews. Some of these people sound like they want a freebie. The quality Glamour Shots provides is above any where else in El Paso.
