The Home Depot House Plant

The customer service of this studio is trash. There were no black out curtains as it said on the website. AC was not cold enough to make the space a reasonable temperature. Some of the light stands did not work correctly. There was no apple box. There's no wheelchair access after 6pm(?), which was a problem for us. I wouldn't waste your time with this place.

I can only speak for the shop portion of this business. I tried calling multiple times over several days regarding their seamless paper and v flats. Their voicemail is full and I wasn’t able to reach anyone. I also sent an email to their posted email address and received no response. I found it completely unreliable.

I have been wanting to go to Concrete Studios L.A. ever since I featured Derrick Rodgers in my magazine last year. I finally had the opportunity to go for a photo shoot. Although it was amidst the Corvid 19 crisis. LR was able to get me booked in one of their awesome studios. This place is amazing. My studio B is also knowfor it's natural light and boasts 1000sq ft in size. And came with lights, dressing area and music all we had to do was Bluetooth and start taking pics.

Such a great vibe, and two great guys that run the place. LR and Dior set up everything I needed for the shoot, had waters for my models, and just had an all around great vibe for the space. The pricing is great, and the space is even better. I can't wait to do another shoot at Concrete Studios LA!

This is a Great place for headshots and any types of photography work. The space is huge, with high ceilings and big window's that allow natural light in. If your looking to have great looking and professional results, there's no better place in LA than here.

I have shot here on multiple occasions and the last few times there’s been a handful of issues. Paid extra for backdrops that literally only have 3 ft left of paper on them. When I try and get someone to help there’s no one to be found. No one answers the phones and they lock the office so I can’t get ahold of anyone. Was forced to use other backdrops that weren’t what I wanted as after 15 minutes no one was around to help, super frustrating seeing as I’m paying by the hour. They also now charge a credit card fee for bills over $250, which is totally understandable my bill today was well under that amount and I was still charged and over seven dollar fee. Needless to say I really liked the studio previously but I will be looking for other cheaper options as I feel like I’m not getting what I pay for anymore.

Beautiful loft studio space with lots of natural light. I've shot here a few times and can't wait to shoot here again. LR and Dior are super helpful and always very professional. They provide top of the line lighting and grip equipment, payment process is smooth. Love the vanity mirrors, dressing area, and speakers with auxiliary cord.

5 STARS because this place deserves it! Concrete Studios in LA is my go-to studio in LA for all my studio needs! I am a fashion photographer from San Diego, California, and so when I visit LA to shoot, and I need a studio, I always hit up Concrete Studios LA! I mean I tried similar priced studios around the area, (FD Photo Studio is one of them) and there is no comparison. I left a bad review on FD Photo Studio if you want to read it. But the guys at Concrete Studios LA are everything you can ask for when you rent a studio. They are so accommodating that it's almost like they're your friends just hanging out with you. LR and Dior are the guys there, and they seriously do too much for how much you pay for the studio. I mean they run things there EXACTLY how I would run things if I ever opened a studio. The prices are the best in the city, and the service is the BEST! You just tell them what you want, and they'll have your set up ready to go so you don't have to waste time. If it's not set up, and you walk in the studio, they will go out of their way and help you pick the roll paper you want, they have tons of colors, and they'll help you set up the lights. I mean these guys are the nicest people ever, and the equipment is top notch! I went to FD photo Studio, and they ignore you and just sit at their desk with their headphones on and don't help you like LR & Dior do. Treat these guys right, because they work hard and deserve it. I wouldn't try any other studio if you're looking for the best deal in town. I'm sure there are probably better studios out there, but it will cost an arm and a leg. For photographers like me, who are renting studios ALL THE TIME, this is the place to go if you want to save money and be in a relaxed environment when shooting. You feel like it's your own studio. Thank you so much LR and Dior at CONCRETE STUDIOS LA! I'll be seeing you guys again soon when I make my trips to LA! Keep up the great service!

This studio is amazing ! Gave me everything I needed ! Has great rates that fit my budget. Everyone that works in the studio is friendly and very helpful . They work with you as much as possible . If you don't have it they'll make sure you get it ! Nice natural lighting, they have two studios so if one of them is completely booked you can book the second one . And the rooftop is a plus ! Have a great view of downtown la with no other buildings blocking your view , dope for videoshoots and Photoshoots !
