Good customer service, but the waiting period is too long. I just went there to print a photo from my phone and I had to wait for half an hour to get it and it wasn't busy. The picture quality surprised me. It came out good, will go back there but not if I need the photo(s) in a short period of time.

They were not reliable. My pictures were not printed correctly and i waited nearly an hour for it to be reprinted. Plus they charging 500 just to send 1 copy of a picture to my whatsapp. I took 3 different pictures

Customer service was great from the moment I stepped through the door I was warmly welcome and proceeded to complete my registration quickly. After which I was then to take my photo, it was promptly done and it was prefect, the photographer was friendly and understanding felt like being with my family at one point.
