I only had my grad photo taken here, so I cannot describe the full experience for each and every services. From my brief visit, the receptionist, photographer, and the assistant are very polite, helpful, and may have a tad of humour. The store is well maintained, stylish and comfortable. The studio is also neat. Sanitary wise, this is a good business. Location wise, it is in the middle of the place, so easily accessible by foot, However, terrible parking (but what else can you expect from uptown Saint John?)
