Disaster. Horrible, overpriced pictures. They don't even look at the children when they take the pictures. Their only goal is to finish their job as fast as possible. Then they print tiny preview pictures so you wouldn't understand that the pictures are bad and make the order.

What a crock. Their pricing is a shame, it's all vanity pricing. Their retail prices are made up just so they can seem like they're giving huge discounts. Very poor quality and extremely outdated frames and backgrounds. Don't bother spending your time and hard earned money with them

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Last fall, son's preschool did pics, I checked the box for the gray background... he was wearing a beige shirt with red accents... she put him with the beige background. he seriously looked like a floating head with red accents. I didn't purchase them. NOW - I just got his spring pics back. They did use the gray background this time as requested; however, where I need to enter the 'class name' in order to get to his pictures, there isn't any information. I don't know how it was designated - by room #, teacher name, which preschool program, etc... so apparently I can't order them. Lifetouch used to be a quality company that one could count on to do professional school portraits. That appears to NO LONGER be the case.

My child was photographed with food on his face and stuff in his hair. Emailed them to let them know this wasn't acceptable, didn't hear a word back about it. Lacking any form of customer service and they clearly don't care about the quality of your kids pictures.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. Three months of waiting, multiple phone calls, and emails, and my son's school portrait is still not ready. This is not the first time my children have gotten their photos taken; but this is definitely the first time when they have not been delivered even after 3 months, with no answer whatsoever as to when they may be available. Calling the school now to request never to have this studio come in for school portraits.

Had my child's photo taken with this company last year. My child complained that they rushed her. Also didn't tell her when the photo was going to be taken. Plus the retake process was a nightmare. I would recommend just going to a department store if you want better photos.

Horrible service. I had paid online for my kids to get their photos done at their school. The day photos took place my daughter said she didn't take her individuals because they called another students name instead of her (her name gets mispronounced all the time and the name of the child that was called is what my daughters name always gets mispronounced) I called the school and the photographer swore up and down that my child had in fact taken photos so I called the 886 number and told them what had happened. Well today my son brings his photos in and they're not good pictures at all. I would think as a photographer you would make sure the child looks just as put together from when they arrived at school. Not only is my son has an un-buttoned top, his hair is a mess, and he is smirking. I know when I was a child my photographer made sure the students were well put together. I asked my where hers were and she said she wasn't given any so again I called the 866 number and sure enough the photographer didn't take my daughters photos. The photographer did not call on my child at all to do her photos when I paid for them! I got my money back, thankfully, but this is absolutely ridiculous that I paid for two sets of photos for my kids, I only receive one back and they're crappy photos and the other photo was never even taken. This company in a whole needs to go back to sending home a preview picture before buying them! I do not recommend anyone going thru this company again.

Worst experience, my kid's school day is with them, I ordered digital version but got no picture sent to me, I called them but never got through, emailed them twice, no response, two weeks past, I got nothing. I am going to contact credit card company to get money back. Never recommend Lifetouch to anyone.

Ordered school pics for 2 kids, received only one child's photos. Had to call, then wait several weeks for other child's pics. This has happened twice now.
