We were lucky enough to use Dean and his team at Di Foto Shoppe to capture our June 29, 2021 wedding. From the initial email contact Dean was professional, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and flexible (especially with pushing back with Covid). Dean communicated with us multiple times to ensure that he understood our needs and to make sure we had the best experience. He answered all of our questions and made sure he had a "must have" photo list (even though we decided to trust in his expertise in most photo locations/poses... he wanted to ensure we had photos with everyone we wanted). He even had a FaceTime meeting with us a week before the wedding in order to go over final details. The day of the wedding they were early and were ready to jump in. Dean had a way of making me feel confident and at ease, and he captured the BEST photos of me, my husband, and our families and friends. He made sure to show me photos to ensure that I was on board and happy. The unedited photos were ready for us to look at upon our return home from our trip. Once we choose our photos they were edited and returned very quickly. I could not recommend Dean and Di Foto Shoppe more! I feel so fortunate to have these photos that perfectly captured our special day.

I had the experience of taking some passport sized photos and was to pick up the photos in an hour so happened that due to all I had to do in town I forgot to pick up the photos. Came in town the following day doing business left the photos again. I now had to pick them up Saturday my last chance since I needed them to take to an orientation for a job the following Wednesday (lock down from Sunday to Tuesday keep that in mind). I called about 10 mins to 12 pm Saturday and spoke with a gentleman who took my info. They actually gave me a little leeway to reach by 12:15pm they actually waited bless them. This was a waste of time and money. The photographer was not aware of how to get the attention of my baby to take the photos. And to get 1 photo printed for $7000 is a waste. You all need to ensure that your website outlines everything in details and you should call to confirm with all customers so they know if they want to waste time taking pictures with you. Today I experienced exemplary customer service. I expressed that the last two head shots that I had taken there were not my favourite. The editor promptly attended to me to enquire what I thought could have been improved. After I had decided that it may have been the last photographer I had, or maybe even myself that was the problem, the cashier went to seek out the availability of the owner as the last great photo I took was taken by him. As it was my last chance to get it right before meeting my deadline, he took the time, not only to take the photo, but to take a series of them just so that I would be able to get that perfect one. To top it off he sent me all of them by email so that I could choose the ones that I thought were best. I appreciated the patience shown and taking the time to suggest that I imagine that I was the CEO of NCB or of KPH, just so that I would be relaxed enough to take a good photo.

I used Di Foto Shoppe for my wedding last month. Right from the start Dean and his team were on top of things. Instead of assuming what I wanted, he made sure to ask me what my vision was for my wedding day. This is so important because each experience is so unique. He knew this, and always strived to understand my needs and wants. On top of all this, with COVID and me living in the US, he had to work around my schedule conflicts and changing timelines. I felt bad, but he was always very generous about it. I was so relieved to have this kind of flexibility and reliability. On the wedding day, he was early (unlike me LOL), and he made sure to do all the venue shots I requested. Once I arrived, Dean and his assistant did a great job of making sure that we got the pictures that we wanted, but also that we had fun. I was at ease the whole time, and we were just laughing and having a blast. Now for the main thing, the pictures. In short, I LOVED THEM! I originally paid for a certain number, and by the time I had to select which ones I wanted, I had to buy more. I was so in love that I doubled my order that night. Dean and his team captured all the moments I wanted and then some. I could not have asked for a more professional team or quality photos. If you ever need photos taken in Jamaica, I cannot recommend this company enough. The pictures, the prices, the charisma of the team, and the overall experience was absolutely phenomenal. Just do it, you will not regret it!

Over the years, I've had the privilege of seeing the quality work done by Di Foto Shop. I've always said getting married, I would definitely utilize their service. After the proposal and we started checking the cost for Videography and Photography services we discovered they were not the cheapest and not the most expensive. However, based on my years of experience utilizing their service, we decided to go with them and we are extremely happy that we made that decision. On the day of our wedding things didn't go as planned. The ceremony was outdoor and it rained for most of the day. During this ordeal I was quite relaxed as I know Dean and team had everything under control. We started much later than anticipated. Most of the photos were taken in the dark. However, there is no such evidence, the photos were beautiful and flawless. A big thank you to Dean and the Di Foto Shop team for their professionalism and exceptional service. Apart from being cost effective, the shoot went better than I imagined. The photographer (Dean), is quite professional and maintain good communication with me throughout the period. He arrived on time, was patient throughout the shoot, I even got a fan and water to help me to cool down since it was an outside shoot on a hot day. I got the edited pictures before the scheduled time and they were perfect.
