Love our pictures from PhotoJanik! They have taken the best photos of our family! They are incredibly patient when the girls aren't feeling particularly cooperative and still manage to get amazing photos of them. Jen is very creative and makes the most beautiful backdrops! Was very excited to book PhotoJanik for my upcoming wedding based upon fabulous reviews. Everything was set and Jen said she would reach out a month or two to meet up and go over a picture list. With a month to go I still had not heard back, so I sent an email to arrange something. I received an email that she's had some life altering changes and will be closing the business and moving. I hope everything works out for her, but am really disappointed to only be told this after reaching out to her myself. Now I am left with a month to my wedding with no photographer, which was the vendor I spent the most time researching and choosing as the photos were the most important aspect of the day for me. She did return my deposit to me fairly quickly after the fact.

Tom and Jenn are wonderful to work with! They are laid back and friendly, but also made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Unfortunately, our wedding day was very rainy, but they made good use of the available indoor spaces. We got all the edited photos back, and there were so many more than I thought! Great prices and work!

Jen and Tom took our Christmas card pictures this year, and they did an amazing job. They even took great pictures of our dogs, who look absolutely everywhere but at the camera and are generally very uncooperative! They were very patient with us, and the results were fantastic. I would be happy to use PhotoJanic again, and I'm sure we will for family pictures.
