I got my passport photos taken here for both myself and my daughter. My daughter wasn't even 1 year old when we got the photos taken. The lady at Pro 1 Hour Photo were so patient and accommodating to my situation. On top of the great customer service, the service was super quick and the prices were unbeatable. You also can't beat how close they are to the actual passport office. It was so convenient! I would definitely recommend them for all your photo needs.

I received such horrible service. Took my son to get passport photos. Once I agreed on the photo (on the camera) she printed the wrong ones. I explained that the photos were not the right ones and she told me rudely if I wanted other ones than I had to pay again. (My mistake as I should have looked at the photos before paying) She said she had already printed and it was too late for her to get other photo. She was incredibly rude I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. Now going to another location to retake passport photos.

Gentleman was very nice, amazing customer service. My picture came out great and he took it perfectly to the dimensions I needed it. He also showed me the picture before he printed it which I really appreciated. Prices are good also. I recommend it to anyone that needs photos for passports or legal documents.
