It was my 1st time experience in Canada to have taken passport size photos and I went to Walmart for this purpose. The photographer at Walmart completely screwed my photos and charged me too much. My photos she gave me for sure were never to be used on any important identity document such as passport. I then got to know about Trident Photography over Google and right away called at the number to have appointment for the photographs and Jeff (the owner at Trident) told me to walk-in right away. When I reached, I was warmly greeted by Jeff and he took me to his studio and I was amazed to see his professionally built studio. Jeff then asked me about the specs of the photographs and developed my photos accordingly. It just took 15 minutes for him to give me the photos and I was happy to have such nice photos professionally developed by him. It was a hell of difference between my photos from Walmart and those developed by Jeff. Above all the price was really very reasonable. I would like to recommend Trident photography to everyone who is looking to have photographs for events, documentations or any other purposes. Jeff is for sure the best in the town. 5 stars rating !!!

Wow! We found Jeff online while searching for a photographer for our business. He was very responsive and helpful from the time of our first contact, and he went out of his way to help us out when a previously scheduled photographer was unable to attend our event. He was professional, enthusiastic and he made the photo-shoot fun for all of us. The photos were proofed onsite and we were able to critique and retake as needed. One of the struggles I’ve faced with marketing my company Screen Savers is that there aren’t many good pictures of screens out there to use. When I decided I wanted to develop a mail out flyer, after asking the manufacturer for high quality images and coming up empty handed I knew I needed to make my own. There was only one issue, I wanted these pieces to look professional and so my iPhone camera just wasn’t going to cut it. Luckily, I was introduced to Jeff Hilbrecht of Trident photography. After a brief conversation about what I was looking for and nailing down a location Jeff went to work. He looked after everything for me, from finding and hiring a model to decorating the scene, Jeff demonstrated what it means to hire a professional. One thing I particularly appreciated about Jeff’s process is his camera wirelessly transmits the photos he takes to his iPad and so as he took pictures we were able to see in real time how they were going to turn out. That was extremely helpful in the way we directed the model and positioned her so we could find the perfect shot. After the shoot was over, Jeff went through the hundreds of images and narrowed it down to the best 10 shots for me to choose from. Then with his mad photoshop skills, he was able to change the back ground of the image from a scene in mid March and make it look like July. Jeff from Trident Photography is a fantastic photographer. Jeff worked with myself and my family to get some family pictures taken over the Christmas holidays. Firstly, while trying to arrange my family of 11 people Jeff was flexible and accommodating and was able to meet us on a Sunday afternoon in downtown Edmonton. This was an especially accommodating act because it was December 20 and Christmas activities/last minute gifts are often high priority this time of year. As my family always does, we were horribly disorganized and late for our meeting with Jeff. When I got there it was close to -20 degrees Celsius and Jeff had taken this extended time to scope out the shots that would look good and set up some of his equipment. He was quick and efficient, but also very patient with our family which includes 3 children under 5 years old who have their own agenda. At one point Jeff was laying on his stomach, fully immersed in the snow to get the angle he wanted. I was frozen just looking at him! Jeff was able to take control of the situation, suggest backgrounds, poses and arrangements to save time and make us look good. And despite the goofs in our family, Jeff made us look great! The pictures were available for us to view online within a couple hours of us leaving our location! The website is easy to navigate through and you can order prints or digital files directly off the website so it is super user friendly! I would highly recommend Jeff and Trident Photography to any friends, family or colleagues looking to get some professional photography done!

He came to our business location with a small photography studio, neatly tucked away in his black duffle bag. He was on time and able to set up lights and all other required equipment quickly and efficiently. He worked with each individual, making suggestions for most flattering position and adjusting as required. The photos immediately loaded onto his ipad and allowed us to see the shots as we went. We asked Jeff from Trident Photography to photograph our wedding after Jeff had done professional photographs with my husband's company. Jeff met with us, got a good idea of where we were coming from about three weeks before the wedding. It was to be a small, family celebration on the Street Car in the middle of the High Level Bridge in Edmonton. Jeff was amazing from start to finish. While he took a number of posed photo's he took lots of candid pictures throughout the wedding in a very unobtrusive way.
