They guys know how to get things done. Amazing photos with top level service. The marketing material the design and deliver for us forms the basis for our entire marketing campaign. They make us look good.

MVP Sports Team Photos does in fact take some pretty good pictures. But their attention to detail is severely lacking. Our team had to submit i form with the correct spelling of the kids names so the could be printed on hockey cards. I confirmed the spelling of my sons name and even had a copy of my submission emailed to me so I'd have a record of the correct spelling. MVP did not bother to use the spelling that was provided and rather used "auto correct" or their best guess. Either way it resulted in a seriously disappointing product that I can not share with my family. Beyond the unacceptable errors, there was also an unbelievably long lead time to receive the prints. If you want photos done in a timely manner I would strongly suggest you choose any other provider. Hopefully next year our team will go with a more professional service. Edit. I have reached out to you at the email provided prior to leaving the original review. You responded to this review but not my email, furthering the point on poor service and customer care. Edit. After sending multiple emails in attempt to resolve the errors in printing MVP Sports Team Photos still fails to respond. They seem on concerned with their online image rather than the images they print.

Team photos were missing coaches, imposed photos of goalies in the team photo did not have their gloves and blockers photo shopped out

Over 3 months to receive team photos. Errors made on a few player cards requiring a few more weeks to correct. Go elsewhere if you want the pictures within the same season and sport. 3 unanswered calls with messages.

MVP was such an amazing place to have our club hockey photos done! With covid and the restrictions in place, they made everything happen smoothly and safely. And I would like to especially note how absolutely efficient they are! Their manner in which they handled the kids was truly awesome to see. The kids and teams were in and out without any issues. They took care of administrative work on their end whenever it could not be managed at our end. This was truly a positive experience for all and I would definitely recommend MVP to anyone looking to set up their organizations photos. And did I mention location?? Thankfully it’s just on the west side of Edmonton in a nicely sized studio. Great job MVP! Thank you for a fantastic experience!
