The most disrespectful and uptight environment in this store is the beauty section. The staff clearly discriminates against both age and race or simply having a bag. I’ve been accused of stealing just by looking around with some friends. A undercover security guard was following me the whole time and on my way to pay asked where i put the stuff i supposedly ‘stole’. Was leaving on a trip, sent my boyfriend to pick up my medication so I didn't have to go without. He made it there by 9 pm and they denied him entrance to the store even though it was before closing. Now I have to go without a medication that is dangerous to cut off cold turkey. After speaking with one of the workers in a panic asking her to watch for him and he should be there before 9 he was still denied though I was assured that they would let him in to pick up my prescription. Tomorrow is a holiday and now I cannot go on my trip I have planned for a long time now for the holiday. Thanks a lot, I will be not recommending this pharmacy to any body. Such bad service.

Je suis passé à Jean-Coutu pour récupérer les états de payement annuel pour la déclaration d'impôt pour moi et pour les membres de ma famille. L'agente au comptoir commence à niaiser en me demandant le consentement de mon épouse et de mes enfants pour récupérer leurs états de payement. Alors Jean-Coutu a dérangé tous les membre de ma famille pour ce consentement. Comment peut-on expliquer que déjà j'ai récupéré à plusieurs reprises des médicaments des membres de ma famille sans que cette pharmacie dispose de consentement préalable et j'ai même récupéré le profile médical de mon épouse sans aucun consentement préalable et c'est ça qui est un dossier médical sensible qui devrait être confidentiel non pas un état de payement. Je vous assure que les années passées j'ai récupéré personnellement tous les États de payement de mes membres de famille à partir de cette pharmacie sans qu'elle dispose de consentement, comment aujourd'hui vous m'imposez le consentement et vous dérangez tous les membres de ma famille. Et lorsque j'ai protesté a la pharmacie de façon colérique, sans être agressif ni menaçant mais pas content, une agente disait: appeler la sécurité. Si on est pas content dans cette pharmacie on doit se taire si non on appelle la sécurité ?????!!!! On peut pas exprimer son mécontentement... C'est une pharmacie qui cherche a me piétiner et qui m'oblige à me taire au désagrément.?.????. Heureusement qu'il y' a pas mal de PHARMACIES sur le marché avec un service respectueux.

My boyfriend and his father have been going without pills and they won't let them get more then a week of pills when they go on trips away from Moncton. My boyfriend was going to come to my place over the weekend which is in nova Scotia and they wouldn't give him 2 weeks of pills were had to fight with them 5 days and still never got them now we have to spend over 200$ to see each other and not just that his father just got married and can't even go to pei because they won't give him more pulls so he can go on his honeymoon with him new wife...
