Gwen is very calm and professional photographer. We had a newborn photo session with her. Due to the pandemic I was quite worried about safety of my baby but she took really good care of it. I like the way she handled and interacted with my baby throughout the session, which made me more comfortable and content. This was the first year we decided to take professional family Christmas photos. I spent a good amount of time looking for photographers and finally came across Treasured Memories Photography. Gwen offered a great variety of backdrops with fun props which gave the photos a more authentic feel. I also liked the quality of her images from her gallery. We booked a mini Christmas session with our 2 year old and furbaby (I love that we were able to bring him as he is such a huge part of our family). I was a little apprehensive as I knew the session would fly by and also how hard it is to have both 'kids' co-operating in a photo. However, Gwen was wonderful with them and was able to get a ton of fantastic shots with mega-watt smiles from our little one. Our little girl was also shy at first and didn't want to sit for a photo, but Gwen very quickly got her to warm up to her. We even got to take home the gingerbread man dough ornament as a keepsake (one of the props made during the shoot), which was a lovely touch. Overall, the experience was excellent. It was easy to book and pay for the session online, we received the digital files in a timely manner, and were able to easily order our Christmas cards online. Gwen was also great to deal with and able to help photoshop a runny nose out of some of our favourite shots! I'm very happy with the quality of the images we received (as well as our experience) and would definitely recommend using Treasured Memories Photography.

I have to say from day 1 I have been happy with the service and how great she is with the kids. I have been going to her for 3 years now. She has done all our photos maternity newborn Easter Valentine's day christmas cake smash etc. For all my kids. The quality of the photos and endless amounts of backdrops and props. There is something for everyone! I was so uncomfortable doing a maternity shoot but 5 minutes in I totally forgot about that because she made me feel so comfortable it was like hanging out with a lifelong friend. And I did gain one!

Horrible customer service once she gets your business! Very rude and not very flexible, and doesn’t care to keep your business. Her pictures are alright and very basic. Save your money and go to a better photographer, her packages are expensive for what you get. For the same price elsewhere you would get fantastic photos, with her pictures I felt I could have taken the same ones at home no talent! Overall terrible experience and would NEVER go back! My entire family had the same complaints and even my friends that had referred me said they are starting to get the same type of experience from her and won’t go back this year!

I was honestly so nervous the days leading up to the shoot thinking of how I would have my son cooperate and have the pictures come out nice..all those worries went out the window that minute we stepped in. She must be a baby whisperer because he slept the entire time and we went through it in no time! There are literally hundreds of outfits, costumes and props to choose from! I’ve had Gwen take my kids cake smash twice now and she always does an amazing job. For my last session, I wanted to do family picture and portraits of the 4 kids in addition to the cake smash. She warned me that that’s a lot to do it an hour but will do everything to make it work. With that I was able to prepare my family and we got great pictures from the session. She even thought of getting a portrait of my dog. My dog just passed away suddenly this week and the pictures we got from Gwen were one of her last pictures. We have been using Gwen for 2 years now and have done numerous shoots with her. The pictures are always wonderful and she is amazing with children. Our photos from her are among our most prized possesions.

We travel into Hamilton from Toronto just to get our photos done by Gwen! We love the option of having everything done in studio. There are so many backdrops and costumes to choose from - even a bedroom set so it appears like you are at home taking the photos! All you need to do is show-up and Gwen has the sets, props and costume options ready for you. The highlight of my photoshoots with Gwen is definitely the "smashes" - we did a cake smash for one son and a pancake smash for another! We look forward to taking some family photos with Gwen soon!

Gwen did an amazing job keeping Kolton happy and captured a ton of beautiful photos of our sweet boy. We loved our first round of photos so much that we came back again for the Easter photos! We had a great time with Gwen doing our first professional family shoot. Our little one was a bit fussy and Gwen was very patient and knew exactly how to get her into the mood to get some great shots by playing with her. This experience taught us that it really is not an easy job to take pics of toddlers and babies, but Gwen did a great job! Bonus is the amazing collection of headbands and wardrobe available. As we rushed out, I forgot my little one's head band. When we got to the studio there were so many options which were beautiful (which I think are made by Gwen as well!). The sets are beautiful as well.

I highly recommend Gwen for newborn photo shoot. Gwen was extremely flexible when booking our newborn shoot, and the time allotment for the photo shoot included ample time for both taking pictures and feedings. We are so happy with the photos, and will be coming back for our 1st year cake smash!

I enjoy my time there she's great with my girls and for my oldest daughter she put together themed cake smash I wanted that she didn't originally have and it looked amazing.... gwen is always happy and always accommodating and understand with every person.... Gwen is very friendly, accommodating and fun to work with. Made our 1yr old feel very comfortable. He opened up real quick and enjoyed the whole shoot. Booking session was very easy and quick.She promptly replies to all queries and provides every detail. Her studio is amazing. She has got great collection of props and sets to choose from. My son's cake smash photos came out stunning and exceeded all of my expectations. We would highly recommend her to anyone, who is looking to get amazing pictures clicked and have fun during shoot.

We had an amazing newborn photoshoot experience with Gwen. There were so many props and colour options to pick from, she had something for everyone's individual taste. Gwen was so patient with all the diaper changes and feedings we needed to stop for, staying later then scheduled just to get everything completed and perfect. Gwen did a great job getting my fussy baby to sleep just long enough to capture some beautiful sleeping images. The final products turned out better then we could've anticipated and the digital images were perfect. I would definitely recommend Gwen and Treasured Memories, it was worth every penny.
