Professional photography at its best! Just tell them which country you're from and they already know what you want. this is what happened to us, very fast waited like 5 minutes. The studio is on the second floor of a nice glass building, make sure you have the right address. Just take the elevator or the escalator to the next level up and you should see it.

Due to some poor planning we wound up here with very little time to spare. Even more challenging, we needed to get Dutch passport photos (extremely strict requirements) for a baby! We were greeted in a friendly manner, explained we were in a hurry, and were immediately helped. Not only did he get the perfect photo in TWO clicks (of a wiggly baby!) But had the photos in our hands and out the door in 8 mins. Oh, and he also managed to get us info on the veterans day parade and help another patron in that time. We were impressed, and it saved our butts making it to the consulate on time! Very happy with them !

I came here to get some passport photos taken, after having received some unusable photos from CVS, which were rejected by the passport issuer. The ThisPix service is excellent, with a well equipped photo studio and professional lighting set up. The customer service representative paid a lot of attention when taking my photo and let me review it before printing . Everything took less than 10 minutes and my photos were fantastic and well lit / composed etc. I called ThisPix later asking him to send me higher res versions of the photos, and he emailed them straight away in two different sizes. Walk in service and highly recommended. Please support this local business, which I’m sure is experiencing less foot traffic due to covid, due to it being in a corporate building. Well worth the visit !

The owner was extremely fast, efficient and the passport photos turned out very well. The quality is professional and much better than the passport photos I had taken 10 years prior at a CVS pharmacy. The owner went above and beyond to cut and carefully affix my new passport photo to the U.S. State Department passport renewal document so that I could mail it immediately afterwards. This place can provide the professional photo for the application for Schengen Visa from Netherlands Consulate. It's fast, and will be work. If you are price-sensitive, $15 for two photos might be expensive. We read those reviews from Google Maps. It was recommended that we should take photo from the CVS(nearest one) or Fedex (two blocks away which is around 39th St) nearby. However, those stores refused to make 35mm*45mm, rather than the 2inches*2inches passport photo. One more thing. If you are confident about your photo, please measure the size and check if there is any emotion on your face before you go the consulate. Or read the requirements and make several back-ups. Then you will not worry about the "Passport photos". Good luck!

Nice shop. Located close to the 4,5,6 Train and Grand Central. Walked in, told them I needed a passport photo, got one taken in 10 seconds. The photographer also showed me the photo before proceeding to print it. While paying they printed the photos in about one minute or two. Good paper and photo quality. I thought it was slightly pricey (2 for 15$) but the service was top notch and it was ready within 4 minutes, so I won't complain. If you need a passport photo, you should definitely go here.

$17 for 2 passport photos. With this price and the photographer’s grumpy and lazy customer service, it’s not worth it. He acts as if he's doing you a favor by doing your business. I guess it’s his ‘pandemic’ price with his ‘pandemic’ work ethic. Will NOT recommend. BTW there's no menu of prices posted in store or online (maybe you will get lucky getting a few cents off if he likes you - think who's doing whose business?) If you are an Asian customer and non-Caucasian, stay AWAY from this business. There are many other options to choose from and you don't need his "favor" & overpriced service.

Just terrible customer service! The owner has no communication skills. He sits here tell you price and then hold cameras. He gets impatient when you request to revise or to retake photos. He acts like that he’s working for you and not being paid. He has a face of people owning his apologies and money! It’s a true toxic place to take photos. And after paying the photo, he charged additional $15 for the digital copy of the photo. Greedy!! Stay away please!

I was there for a photograph, the person who took my picture got angry that I didn't stand at the right angle, he rolled his eyes and sighed when I didn't position my face the way he wanted?! It was very frustrating to have to deal with an photographer who didn't even respond when you thanked him!
