I placed an online order for 1 hour portraits last night. When I went to pick them up 2 1/2 hours after the store opened they had not processed my order. I was told I would get an email when they were ready. When I asked to cancel my order I was told she hasn't had time to print them yet because she was there by herself. Really, you can't hit print all be yourself?!?
