10 weeks ... It took 10 weeks (2.3 months) to have a USB with unedited(!) photos and one unedited(!) 5x7 photo delivered. This company is located in Mississauga and I live in Toronto...how? I placed my order on May 11th and received it on July 20th. Now, I have patience, but not only did their website previously state that it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery during peak time, but I also received a phone call from them on June 6th reconfirming my address and informing me that it would be mailed out the following day. I called back a month later and was told my order never shipped.. After numerous calls (in which I was almost always redirected to the photographer) I was told that my USB was ready for delivery, but my complimentary picture was holding the delivery back (b/c it was never printed). I truly don't understand how it takes more than a month to print out one unedited 5x7 picture. It came to the point where I had to inform them that I was leaving the country for them to stop giving me the run-around and actually deliver my package.

Same story with me -- They didn't send any update on my order. I paid with paypal and they told me to wait for the pictures. Still nothing. Now my paypal dispute window is closed and I'm not even sure if I'm going to get my money back. I ordered at the start of July. Its almost Halloween now.

Awful awful awful customer service! Hard to get ahold of, and then tell you they will have someone call you back about your photos and never do! Twice in a row! Super unorganized! I advice any schools considering them for graduation photos to look elsewhere. It shouldn't be this hard to order photos. If they had just told me that they couldn't help instead of telling me they would, I wouldn't have wasted my time.

This company is very overpriced considering the horrible service they deliver. Not only do they take monetary advantage of an emotional moment, but they also take an incredible amount of time to actually deliver the pictures. The website says 4-6 weeks for delivery during busy seasons, but that's if you're lucky. 75% of the time they don't answer the phone and when they do they give you different responses as to when your package will be shipped. I didn't pay for excuses, I paid for quality pictures delivered in a timely manner.

Stop, wait, and think before you spend your hard earned money -- This company prides itself on great photography but bad customer service. Long story short: Purchased a digital file with my daughter's grad pictures and they mailed it out after 2+ months. This was after multiple calls on her end and confusion as to the extended delay on their end.

I just wanted to drop a quick note, I had a very positive experience with Snap Studios. I was late for my grad photo session and the photographer still saw me and even greeted me with a smile. He was very willing to listen to my concerns and took his time to accommodate me. I received my photos relatively fast and the end results exceeded my expectations! Very, very, very happy with my experience with Snap Studios!!

Really Bad Service. I have waited more than a month of my grads photo. They will ship you a outdated, old disk. Who is still using disk? Their service is not worth compare with their extreme high price. The only reason for this studio to survive is they take graduate photos.

It sounds to me as if all these people complaining about how long it takes for a graduation photo to arrive do not actually know how business works. Let me break it down for you, your photo is ONE among THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS maybe even MILLIONS of pictures that this company has to process.... so what if you receive it a week or two after the recommended time... you still received it. People these days are so entitled... Anywho that's enough ranting for me, I am mature student who graduated from UofT and I had this company take my graduation photos and I very satisfied with the finial product. I ordered the disk with all the raw (unedited) photos and I was very pleased with the service and the quality, hence my rating. My parents already have the pictures framed????????

Never recieved my pictures. Spent money on makeup and hair plus paid around $100 for the pictures. I did contact them saying i never recieved my pictures and they said they would resend it. But i still didnt get it. So i just gave up. Its been 3 years now, still think about it and get sad that i dont have a graduation picture.

I have been seeing a lot of negative reviews and I just wanted to give my honest review with this company. I have come to realize that you can't please everyone so I wanted to share my experience with them which was very positive! I am just wrapping up my second degree and this was a far better grad photo experience than the first company I dealt with at York University. Positive experience overall!!

10/10 would recommend buying their photos! Photographer was a super nice guy and worked with me to get some great shots. Even took some pics of me goofing off with my friends. I also received my photos in a timely manner.
