I am excited to say, the Prestige/Lifetouch Photos Manager here in NL, Mr. Bert Penney, is absolutely amazing. He will do whatever he can to assist if there are any issues! Thank you Mr. Penney for your help! ( I took away a star because of the customer service Representative from the toll free number, and my horrible experience with her). Thank you again for making things right.

I had graduation portraits done here a week ago and the entire process felt rushed. I understand that they only have about 15 minutes for each session but I felt like the photographer I had did not care about how the gown looked, how my hair was placed, etc. and was rushing to get things done. When I saw the proofs, they looked too "fake" as the colours were way too vibrant and my baby hairs were all over the place. This could have been easily fixed if the photographer said something. I also called to see if they do digital downloads--they do not. What if I wanted to post some pictures on social media? What if I wanted to take away the hairs that are distracting and edit it myself on Photoshop? Get with the times!!!

I don't udnerstand why this slow, unprofessional, obsolete company is still on the market. They request 5 weeks to deliver DIGITAL order. This is our last year with you guys. Chat link on a website requires all my personal information, but does not have a "send" button. One phone number that does not respond. You guys are stuck in 80x.

Worst experience ever, photographers didn’t even let me see MY own photos and they all turned out horrible. Took pictures when I wasn’t ready and said they can’t retake when I told them I wasn’t ready, would’ve given a 0 star if I could.

Staffs were very welcoming and kind but I looked horrendous in my grad photos and it actually ruined my entire day, the camera picked up every flaw I had, lighting was off, poses were awkward.

The staff was not good with customers and after I finished shooting, I was not allowed to see my picture after shooting. This is very bad.

I had graduation photos done here and was not impressed with the customer service or photos. They were rushed and my gown was bunched up and not sitting right in half of my photos. Graduation is a big achievement and people work hard for this. It would be nice if Lifetouch took pride in their work and ensured photos were well done well for this milestone but I am not impressed. Not to mention the outrageous price for poor quality pictures. I'm beyond disappointed. Please do better.

Not even funny, two photos had the top half of my son's head cut off and can not even see if he has hair even in their brochure they have pictures with the heads cut off are your Guys serious !!??.. The ministry of transportation takes better pictures for drivers licences. Also many poses and backgrounds are very weak and blah... Way too expensive for such amateurish work. ! Not a coincidence that all reviews are very very poor . Come on people wakeup this is a total disgrace. !! How can you people sleep at night knowing you are taking families hard earned money and in return give them such a low low quality product .. period ....

Horrible. They do not understand anything about photography. The way they positioned me made my posture look awkward and goofy. They made such a huge deal about my glasses and made me tilt my head down in an absurd way, ruining the photo entirely. Absolutely horrible. I cannot believe these people do graduation photos.

Nightmare complicated website, expensive and useless phone line. I wanted to order 4-5x7 photos and 2 hours later I order 6 for $144. Take something simple like ordering photos and make it complicated. Never again

Pictures turned out great. Price very expensive but found a decent coupon. Poor customer service. Package came with a folder to hold the proofs but the photos could not be inserted without damage and when I emailed and asked for help I got no response. Very disappointing.

Most frustrating and useless website/phone/live chat/email EVER. Impossible to ever get a hold of anyone!!! Wait on hold for over 30 minutes every time I call, give up, send email, no response, call local office in Victoria, no answer, leave voicemail, no one calls back, virtual chat doesn't work! NO ONE ANSWERS!!! All I want is the Portrait ID! Why can't this be searched when you log in to the website??? I can search my child's name and school but it doesn't provide the portrait ID?? I've been trying to access it for MONTHS and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Graduation photo packages are criminal pricing. I can rent a photographer, gown, and get photos printed (& digital copies) for a third of the price of their options. Expect to pay a 150-400 dollars beyond the sitting fee to get any photos printed. Digital copies come only on a CD and is $250 CAD. Avoid at all costs. Local small photographers will be a better deal and quality.

Worst post-service ever! After paying for the photography, I cannot even get a digital form. They just force me to purchase their high-price physical products. Why do I need an actual photo? Are we still in the 90s?!

I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. I have only a limited amount of time cause of my work, this is frustration beyond frustration.

Overall bad service. Had to pay for my grad photos to be taken and then for the actual pictures as well. Couldn't buy individual pictures--all they had available were expensive "packages" that gave me too many pictures I didn't want. Would not recommend.

They took beautiful photographs of my daughter for graduation. There was an error in her wallets ( I had entered the information incorrectly and her wallets didn't list her graduation date and name of her school.) They at Prestige were quick to fix the problem and send me a pre- paid label so I could send them back to them back to be replaced at no charge. Her photographs are flawless. I actually wish I could of afforded all of her poses because they did such a great job.

I spent good money on my purchase and Prestige doesn't even bother to indicate when my shipment will arrive, no tracking number- just hope that you're at home when the one attempt at delivery is made. Of course, the delivery shows up unannounced and I missed it. I paid to have the product delivered to my house not to drive across town to pick it up. Unimpressed.

It started with an unfriendly photographer, unreturned voice messages left after I waited 6 weeks to receive grad portraits. Had to call a second time to find out where they are. For spending well over $200, you’d expect better service.

Disappointed in my son's proofs. They took cap and gown pictures BEFORE any others. His hair is messy in all of the following photos. What is the point of styling hair if it's going to get messed up by a cap right off the hop? This is something a photographer should know in my opinion. Also, they should get to view their picture for the yearbook to ensure satisfaction. I paid $40 for a session that was done in 30 min, and I'm only happy with 5 proofs. And I should clarify that I'm not a picky person.
