The only place to go for Australian passport photos. If you bring your own to the consulate they will reject it and send you to this shop as they are the only place around that do the Australian passport photos correctly.

I needed passport photos of my 4 month old and decided to try this place since it was close to me. The staff was great and had experience with taking photos of babies which not a lot of photo places have, would definitely recommend them for passsport photos if you have a little one.

I just discovered this place. They have another location at Yonge and Bloor since 2010 but this location sells more than just photography related services. They started with just a passport photography service. This location also has photo frames, backpacks, bags, gloves. This is kind of a strange mix. For $9.99 for 2 passport photos, they will let you choose the best shot. The store looks modern and tidy.

Great place to get your passport photo done quickly. Was in and out with my photo taken within 2 minutes, and needed to wait 10 minutes for the photos to be printed. Friendly staff.

Way over priced. If you want one hour photo of basic prints be prepared to pay at least $2 per photos. I had 5photos developed with doubles and was shocked to have to pay over $20. So rediculous I felt so robbed. Something they should have advertised up front.

I was in this store recently to get a visa photo and the quality was shockingly bad. Then after arguing about a refund via email I returned to the store to get my refund. The woman that served me was disgracefully rude and clearly wasnt happy about my refund. Dont go here! there are plenty of better places to go.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! First of all they don't open at the time it says on the website, I had to wait like 45 min until someone comes. Secondly the customer service is terrible! The guy overcharged me for all the photos that he screwed up and he didn't want to do the photos as i asked him. He was in a rush all the time and at the end he threw me the pictures at the register and told me "good luck with that".

I had the most delightful experience at this locally owned business. Richard (the owner) was incredibly kind, gracious and helpful! He asked great questions to determine my needs. And he referred me to a local printer which I have been looking for... They have seem to offer a plethora of services: custom framing, they take professional and passport pics, scan artwork and I think they restore pics as well. Overall a very positive experience. Glad I found this business!

Spent all my morning to find out that apparently they are closed. I do understand that you don't care to update the dying business with information about closure, but you could have saved people hours of time by marking it as temporarily closed.
