Terrible service. Waited more than 3 weeks for my child’s name to be spelled incorrectly and my daughter to wear her HEADBAND around her neck. ( FYI: If a child is playing with their headband and continues to remove it for a photo. As a “ professional “ you should either fix the headband or remove it so it doesn’t INTERFERE with a school / sibling picture that A client IS SPENDING MONEY on and anticipating to see ) not only did I WAIT more than 3 WEEKS. But you get my kids name spelt wrong and my daughter is slouched with her headband around her neck like a necklace. When I call to ask if there were other shots I can choose from, the photographer was salty and said the pictures I got were the only ones she took. I ask for a refund in which she agreed. But cannot even get because she closes at 6pm which I wouldn’t be able to make it on time BEING THAT I WORK FULL TIME THROUGHOUT THE WEEK I give credit when it is due. And this truly upsets me as a customer and a mother. - So you apologize through a bad review but couldn’t even do that over the phone when we spoke. ( you felt a way about me addressing an issue. ) Says a lot about your character. I won’t ever recommend or pay for your services. Keep the money and use it to train yourself. P.S : Reverse the order - show the pictures to the parents first BEFORE asking for money.

First time ever visiting this place for my daughter's dance class. Beautiful pictures on the wall and very polite and professional staff. I look forward to getting my daughters dance pictures to hang up around the house. Everybody knows somebody on Facebook who can take pictures and some of those people are pretty good at editing. However there's nothing quite like a professional studio when it comes to capturing memories.

I've had pictures taken by this company for a few years now. The studio is quite remarkable especially since each piece was made by hand. The quality of photo is also outstanding. Also working with little ones takes a high level of patients and understanding. Both of these qualities Ms. Tammy has. So I went to Nickolson's Portrait Studio to view the portraits from our Christmas session on Saturday. I was so worried because the kids were alllllll over the place and wild. Can I just say how awesome & patient Ms. Tammy was and how beautiful our pictures turned out?!?! Omgsh!! I am in awe!!! I’m so excited!!!! This will make our 3rd session at Nicholson’s as the kids had their newborn pics done there as well. Definitely not our last. And we give them 5 stars and would recommend them a million times over!!!!
