I am giving them 3 star due to the fact when I asked for the raw images they told me it cost extra. That it takes time to process the files. You charged a lot for the few pictures and then on top of that you want to charge extra for the raw images. Then telling me it takes time to process the raw images. I know it is a copy and paste from computer to USB drive. You treated me like as if I don't know anything. I wonder if you do that to all your customers. The only good thing I will say is that the camera person knew how to use his camera and keep the focus of my children. That is a good skill. Most can't. For that is the only reason I gave 3 stars. You are expensive. And did not give me my raw images. Along with treating me like I have no idea how things are done. Try not to do that to others. We came there because I didn't have the time to do it myself.

I am in the process of starting a business and I needed some professional photos and a logo designed. I spoke with quite a few photographers and graphic designers. I'm a former Navy SEAL starting a security consulting company,and I was looking for something a little bit different then your standard head shot in front of a marbled blue background. I wanted something that would tie into the security business that I'm starting. Michael & Elizabeth at Lloyd's Photography listened what I had to say and ran with it. They were able to produce one of a kind, and extremely unique photographs that can directly relate to the business I'm trying to break into. It rained for almost 2 weeks here in Boca Raton, we had about a 3 hour break in the rain and the sun came out, Elizabeth called me and we went to do the shoot on an hours notice (very flexible). They also designed my business logo and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for and even better. They are really a pleasure to work with, and they will work on your images or logo until you are satisfied. And the one stop shop logos, photos, web design, makes it so much easier. We used Lloyd’s Photography for a family shoot when we were visiting from out of town. The brother-sister team made my family feel comfortable and very special from the moment we met, while paying close attention to all the details. Elizabeth and Michael couldn't have been nicer to work with! Michael captured the essence of our family. We wanted to get our grandchildren in the pictures, along with pictures of them with their parents. There were 10 of us and we were all impressed at how quickly they learned our names. Highly recommend! I was Lloyd Studio's first appointment after Boca reopened (post-Covid-19) and everything went great. I needed professional head shots and worked directly with Elizabeth via email and phone to schedule and pay for the session. I used the make-up artist they recommended (Jill) who was lovely and conscientious to prevent any potential virus transmissions. Lloyd's studio space is very nice, actually bigger than I expected, and Mike and Elizabeth were well prepared with plastic sheeting to limit cross-contamination and a remote display so I could view the shots in real-time without us all huddling around one monitor. I found examples of the look/feel I wanted on Google and Mike knew how to duplicate it and had the set-up ready to go when I arrived. I was pretty specific about what I was looking for and ended up selecting three images I'm really happy with for a very reasonable price.
