I've worked with a number of photographers, but there's just something about Bob that elevates him above the rest. I don't know if it's the low-key, matter of fact way that he conducts himself--which instantly puts the nerves at ease, and makes the whole shoot effortless--or if he just has some extra special magic sauce in his camera, he just takes the best photos. And by best, I mean he consistently captures perfect, truthful images every time he snaps the shutter. The only downside (and I mean this in the best possible way) is how long it will take you to go through the proof sheet trying to figure out what the "keepers" are. They're ALL keepers. Top shelf.

We brought in 2 black & white pictures that were both in pretty tough shape. One picture in particular looked like it was scraped out of the bottom of a barrel and Bob made them both look like brand new again. Memories are so important and this picture was of John's beloved brother who he treasured and whom had died young. It was a miracle that we even found these pictures to say nothing of how magnificently Bob restored them. After discussing the various locations on beautiful Cape Cod, we chose my backyard. The experience from start to finish was a big success. Bob Tucker of Focal Point Studio is truly an exceptional photographer in all stages of the process from choosing the site to completing the final touches on the photos. Engaging this age range of children and their dog was easily accomplished by Bob. We had so many good choices of photos to choose from that the hardest part was the final selection.
