Went above and beyond my expectations! They did exactly what I asked and the pictures came out perfect. Beautifully packaged. Each individual picture comes in a firm cardboard frame (except for the wallets) which is super convenient for giveaways. Great job! Would definitely do business again.

Not a lot of options for school photos, so we had to go here. They don't show you pictures as they do it, and there are no mirrors anywhere outside the dressing room, which they rush you out of. The lady had no idea how to show us the pictures afterwards and we had to go to three different desk before it finally worked. Everything is way too expensive just for a year book picture. They will take more than year book pictures even if you don't sign for it. The photographer was good and they had lots of sets and tools for lighting.

High school picture head shot negatives came out nicely. Customer service terrible, called and emailed several times to order, and after several attempts and was told someone would contact me. It never happen. No thanks, lost my business.

Despite this being a long-standing studio around this area, we had a family portrait done for my mother and wound up liking none of the photographs. The photographer was borderline rude, seemed in a hurry and generally had an overall attitude problem. I think I just expected more from a studio that has been around since my mother had her senior pictures taken. We also found their portrait style to be slightly old-fashioned.

Although the customer service was great, my pictures were not up to par. I came in for school photos and when I got them back the photos looked terrible. My face was super chubby and I have a slim face. Overall the pictures just didn’t look professional or touched up. I could’ve just taken some on my phone honestly.
