Don't need prints? Me neither. I needed a business portrait, and everyone else requires you to purchase a package of prints to receive images on a CD. You pay Flash for their time and they provide you with a flash drive of all the pictures from your session. No need to purchase prints. The images on the flash drive are high-quality, and the photography is great. My wife, daughter and I will be back for a family portrait later this year.

I waited a long time and wasn't even greeted. I understood that there was only one person working but it took actual effort to avoid eye contact for that long. I am giving more than one star because it could have just been a bad day for her and I can not judge the entire business based on one worker. That said, I will not be going back.

This place is fantastic. I purchased the 20 minute session for a quick baby first christmas and family portrait. The camera is high quality and there's really no need to edit. The photographer did great with m 8 month old daughter. I read a review that someone felt rushed and saw equipment in te background. Now, these pictures are good quality. You get them on a flash drive with all the rights. So it's really up to you ro crop or edit as you please on your own computer. The price is great. If you want to pay upwards of $500, then yes, go somewhere that'll have the time be extensively creative and opt to edit the pics for you. Flash Photography has plenty of props and backgrounds but it's up to you to have ideas beforehand. I love the get in and get out focus for the sessions, especially for young kids, their attention span is limited and we all know kids don't stay photo ready for too long. I'd recommend this place 100 times over and I'll be coming back for more sessions!

Had four great experiences when the photographer was Becca. However, I am finding that the quality and attention to detail is decreasing each time. My last photographer did not even notice that my daughter's dress was folded up under itself- ruining dozens of otherwise decent shots. I will probably go back, because of the convenience.

Lighting is one-sided, so be prepared for some shadow effect, and the mini sessions are hit or miss if you don't have an appointment. But the photographers were able to get natural smiles out of my usually cheesy-grinned daughter, which is an accomplishment in my book. Overall though, experienced photographers are snapping better pics than I can get myself, with more creativity than JCP or Sears at a much lower price. If you just want a couple photos to mark your kids' milestones, this is definitely an affordable option.

You get what you get. Photographer left us with nothing we could use after making us wait for previous group. This was ok at the old prices, but now it's not worth the risk with kids pictures. I'll be using another studio on the future.

Seasoning of photographers has significantly decreased the last 2 times we've gone...resulting in over exposed and uninspired family pictures. Good thing i can edit, crop, and make up for it with software, so you are basically paying for a backdrop. Would look elsewhere honestly but not a lot of other options.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The costumer service is horrible. I had called to ask a few questions prior to getting photos done and I never received a call back. Once my photos were done they make you schedule an appointment just to come in to get your photos. They messaged me that they were ready and I asked day as well as time to come in. They told me a day, but never a time. I email again to get a time and they never replied back. I messaged again to see when I could get my photos she said I could come in on these days or have it shipped to me. I replied back that I wanted them shipped. A week goes by and no reply, so I emailed again asking when I can get them. She replied back that she didn’t see my email that I could come in and get them on two different days. I replied I would be in on a day with a time. I go in to get my photos and they can’t find them. I drive over a hour to get them, so I leave and the lady emails me back saying she moved them and didn’t tell anyone. I told her to just ship them. I finally got them, but I never once got an apology for not having my photos there or for their lack of communication. I do not recommend going here.

Pros: Friendly, laid back Cons: Over-priced, not professional photos Scheduling online was easy. They called before the sitting to confirm and to take notes on preferences, and gave tips on what to wear. When we got there we were ignored for a bit. The family photos we got weren’t great. Off-center, not much direction for how to stand or hold our heads, which resulted in some awkward, painful pics. We definitely paid too much money for what we got. I had to heavily photoshop each picture. Won’t be going back.

Fantastic! We had a smash cake session for my little girl's birthday. The photographer was so sweet and patient with her and got some great shots. He chose a great background and props that perfectly captured the look we were after. Such high quality and cute images that we had a hard time picking which ones to print! Luckily, with Flash you get all the images and copyright release so we can print whichever ones we like. They will edit your images too if you just send them an email. We were so impressed!

We were able to walk in and get my son's first birthday pictures. The photographers are very good with children, have nice backdrops, and props. The pictures turned out excellent and they are affordable. You have the option to print through Flash Photography, or download the pictures and have them printed elsewhere. The photos get released to you immediately after the session is done. It was soo quick and easy!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get both JPG and RAW formats (for my own edits) at no additional charge. Our photographer did very well with my 1 year old during our session.

I have been here twice with my infant and both times I have felt rushed. The photographer only cared about staying in the 20 minute timeframe, even if it meant bad pictures! I won't be going back nor will I recommend it to anyone. I actually have pictures where you can see the camera equipment next to the backdrop and some where the flash didn't even go off and the pictures were dark. Not too mention there was zero creativity when it came to the props and poses! Total waste of money!

I do not have a frame of reference for the quality of there photos. This review is how they operate the business. I tried stopping in at 30 minutes after open. I was curious if i could just do a quick stop in to get a portrait done. It doesn't say on the door or website that you can only get pictures done by appointment. The doors were locked and nobody answered the phone when i called.
