My boyfriend just took our brand new camera there because it wasn’t working (something with the shutter I believe), and the wonderful woman working there told him to come in. He just called and said she fixed it in less than 30 minutes. No charge! We will also be coming for some lessons to progress our photography skills. A++!!!! THANK YOU!

This dude in the glasses is a straight up professional scam-Artist. DO NOT LET HIM HOLD YOUR CAMERAS OVER NIGHT. Took my camera in for a cleaning, I honestly feel the one I got In return was not the one I dropped off. DID NOT CLEAN “MIRROR “ properly, I know have fog in my image when looking into the view finder. I took my camera to a spot in Lancaster they do the “ lenses & mirror leaning “ right in front of you.

They have been very helpful when I brought in some old film cameras and needed to learn how to shoot with them. Becky has been extremely friendly and has answered almost every question I have. The shop has everything you would need for photography and the staff is beyond helpful. I am very appreciative of this store, as it one of the only photography shops in the area. DO NOT GO HERE unless you are willing to pay an enormous amount of money for very few pictures that are poor quality. I have a 2 year old and 1 year old that went here for Easter pictures and all of the cheaper packages they offered only allowed one pose. When I called to see about putting 4 of the pictures on Facebook WITH the watermark I was told it would be $20 for them all on a cd WITH the watermark. They are only in it for the money. Stay away!

My point and click camera was obviously on the fritz, and I was about to give up on it. But I decided to stop at Fine Art Photo, because I had known about them for years and value their judgment and trust their service. Mr. Knaub, the president of the company, was behind the counter. He took a look and restored the factory setting so that it was back to its original condition. We tried it out, and it's working fine now. There was no charge for this service! I also took a look at a newer and better model. I know that I will return to Fine Art when it is time to purchase!

I just called in there to ask about repairing my camera and the woman who answered the phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. She even helped me fix it right over the phone. I needed this camera for a very important day this weekend and it suddenly starting having issues last night! They are professional and are masters at developing old film with perfection. They have the chemical developing for digital prints which is harder to find these days and yields better quality. Great customer service also.

Love their sports photos and had the best senior photos! I always preferred when our organizations used Fine Art for our sports photos. They were so much better than other photographers. We used them also for our senior pictures and LOVED all of the pictures- it was so hard to pick our favorites.

Got prints from the 1950s developed. They were of my grandfather in basic training. Fair price and they handled them in house. One of the last in the area to develop film in house. Great staff! Loved my experience and plan to go back with more!!

Part of the one star rating is my fault. When asked if I wanted full frame on the 5x7 pictures I was having made from 40 year old negatives I said yes- but full frame is actually the picture and all the negative space. Full frame is not the picture itself. I now need to take the photos received from this camera shop to Target and crop them so 5x7 is only all the picture. I also am not sure I got the same 40 year old negatives back. These negatives seem smaller and are all of one size. What I learned is it is best to only bring one negative and do one picture, and if you like the results then come back with all of your negatives. I spent $70 for 12 photos that need to be re-cropped by me at Target photo counter to make photos I can actually display properly in a 5x7 frame, cause these photos I paid for are not displayable. The paper the picture is on is 5x7, but the picture itself is quite a bit smaller. So full frame is not what you would want to get. Have them define full frame for you if you go there.
