Felt rushed to get in and get it over with from the beginning. I was there with all seven of us for a family portrait and it was just unpleasant from the beginning. I told the photographer that I did not like the backdrop which was sand/skin tone shade and asked for a different one that was a darker blue-toned one and she completely disregarded my request. Sure enough, our faces are washed out and are literally the same color as the backdrop. Went in for the pics on December 7th, and she called on Christmas Eve to let me know they were ready; so much for Christmas card enclosures. Would not recommend this studio.

Hope is absolutely amazing. Hope has been photographing our family for the past 2 years. We actually left another photographer to have Cripps Photography photograph our newest additions milestones. Hope takes time and has lots of patience with little ones. She now has taken multiple family sessions listening to exactly what I would like. Hope is phenomenal. Our adopted daughter suffered from drug withdrawals her first 16 weeks of life and Hope was nothing but patient, kind, understanding and very professional through all of our daughter's newborn sessions. She made us feel comfortable and secure, therefore; we booked our daughter's first year photos and our family photos with Hope. She is very professional about her work timeline and informed us that us being late will result in a shorter session because she wants to give all her clients the time they book. As a business owner myself, i respect her professionalism and her education when it comes to working with little ones and the time she dedicates to all of her clients. Thank you Hope! I can't wait to get in again.
