Some of the most beautiful poses we have of our daughter have been taken at school by Carpe Diem Photography. Their staff is friendly and accomodating and their website is easy to use and provides a lot of personalization options.

School pictures. I get it: lots of kids, some collaborate, others don’t. Doesn’t mean the pictures have to be disappointing. The pictures are not in focus a lot of the times, and green screens? Come on! Most of the backgrounds I’ve look seem to date from the 80s when I was in school. It would be nice to have up-to-date backgrounds and to focus (pun intended!) on quality and not quantity.

Website is absolute garbage. Packages way over priced. No option to get digital copies. If I had a choice, this would certainly not be it. Sadly, the school made a poor choice, and stuck us with the fallout. There is no option for me but this, or no school pictures.

The photos aren't good at all! They make you look bad and the photos are weird looking like, when you get a photo you do weird poses... Your photos come out even worse! I'm sorry but honestly 1 star from my experience.

States you can order photos online, but website is not set up to order via tablet/smartphone, making ordering via these means impossible. Also will not allow phone orders. Want my money....take phone orders. This is 2017, not 1973. This firm must get with the times if they hope to survive. Sadly, schools place little thought into photography quality. Push button...NEXT!

Words cannot explain how wonderful this place is. First impression: poor Ended up being a wonderful time. You need to give it a chance. They have a team of employees working there. All highly effecient. Motivated, and I must say humorous. The kitchen, store, taffy table, and hay ride are all purring along like a finely tuned motor. The hay ride offers an Easter Egg. Theres a bon fire. Plus more.

They don't answer their phone, they don't return calls or emails, The photography session was pleasant enough and the photos are nice, but their customer service is severely lacking. I just want to pickup my kid's photos, but its a 30 minute drive away, and would just like to confirm that there will be someone there, so I don't have to drive all that way for nothing.

It is unfortunate that they do not take into account a childs individuality they should have more option then just a green screen for kids who express their individuality in hair color. Very disapointing

This company has Horrible customer service, not helpful in any shape or form, they don’t shy away from pointing out your mistakes but when they make a mistake they hide away and take your money not even an apology from them, they are not cheap by far for the price you pay at lest you should get friendly customer care from them but that is totally not the case when it comes to this company , I would much rather take my business somewhere I know my money goes to a good company that deserves my business, I should of known better there ratings are horrible I will never order from this company ever again and I will make sure anyone i know knows about how horrible they treat you and the business skills they have..

This company was in charge of doing my sons school photos. He's on the autism spectrum and this was the result of the third takes on photo day. I contacted the company to see Why on earth they would consider this acceptable to send home, He's very clearly stressed. I emailed them and offered to provide details on someone who could help them learn how to work better with kids on the spectrum and Not one reply. i couldn't even give them .5 a star for printing. Instead i get photos sent home that would remind us that our son was so stressed on photo day that he couldn't even stand their quietly. The other photo is one my husband took. Clearly the camera is fond of this child. Its a shame they didn't take 3 mins to make the decision to add him to the retake pile so he would have another chance. to end up with photos like the one his dad can take.

Photography session at École St.Viateur was unpleasant. The male photographer was moody and not patient with the children. The quality of the product is great, but customer service not so much.

I ordered 2- 5×7 photos from my sons school. I ordered on the paper i got from the school. I sent the paper in with cash. I wrote the company to tell them the mistake and their reaponse was that i ordered online and ordered the 8×10 and that he sent the order number back to me to order additional pics!! Is this company serious??? why would i get more pics when you clearly messed up the first order??? I def know that I did NOT order online I didnt even know that was an option. This is the first time this has ever happened to me with school pics. I just had professional pics done a month ago I am not looking for a freebie. I want what I paid for. I will NOT order school pics from this company again amd I wi be sure to spread the word on all of my public sites on fb in orleans. I will just do private from now on. Thanks for listening carpe diem. Instead of having great customer service you told me I was lying and that it was my mess up. Number one rule of marketing. word of mouth travels fast and affects your business reputation and by seeing your rating of a mediocre 3, I can see I am not the only one affectes by your crappy subpar service. Thanks for a picture that I didnt want.

I had less then 1 week to order the prints and now have to pay the late fee of 5$, this is such a cash grab. I chose to have reprise to avoid this charge, bad customer service, I am 2 days passed the due date and they refuse to credit the late fee.

Carpe Diem Photography SHOULD NOT be hired by any school to ruin precious experiences for parents and their children. I received classroom photos that did not include my children although they were at school that day. I called Carpe Diem Photography and spoke to Christine in early December and asked for a retake of the classroom photos. Christine said it was against their policy but they could photoshop the children into the classroom photos and she would confirm with her manager and get back to me. I waited for 5 weeks for a call back or a copy of the photoshoped classroom photos and nothing. I finally called Carpe Diem and Christine picked up and told me they would not photoshop the children into the classroom photos because it is too much work for them. I asked for a refund for the orders I made with them and she told me I would not get my money back. This is an absolutely ridiculous treatment of customers. ALL schools involved with Carpe Diem Photography should replace them with a more professional company with excellent customer service.

horrible service. I asked for my pictures to be sent back to me and they told me it was impossible. How is it impossible? Their job is to take our pictures and send them back! Now i just wasted my money, I can't believe this. I would give them zero stars but unfortunately that is also impossible.
