I am still very disappointed with the service I received. I won a $500 gift card to this place when I was 9.5 months pregnant. I thought it would be great for baby pics. I was to be induced on 7/1. I scheduled the pics for when he was one week old. I received some info in the mail but there was no pricing. We went for pics on 7/8. They were very nice, the place is beautiful. They told me we could talk further pricing once the pics came in. On 7/23 I went back to view pics. I seriously thought the prices were a JOKE! $150 for 1 5x7. They wanted to charge me $1500 for one pic on canvas!! I ended up getting 3 8x10 and one pack of 4x7s with NO digital rights for like $700. I feel like they stole my moment with my baby. By that time he was already much bigger and I will never get that time back. The pics were nice, but for young new parents I had NO IDEA they were that expensive. We took soooo many pics of my baby that I will never get to see again. Breaks my heart. I cried and gave them feed back and never heard anything ever again. I wouldn’t recommend.

20+ yrs ago Babbonis did my sisters wedding pictures. I knew then I wanted them for mine. 7 years ago Wade did my wedding....amazing! They've done all our family and my daughter's pics every year. Would not do it any other way. Wade is awesome with kids and it is more an experience than a photo shoot. The best!

kjkasdorf has it right, this place does have terrible customer service. We had an appointment to check them out for wedding photos and were not given a kind greeting. We were treated as an "inconvenience" the moment we stepped in the door. They threw 4 or 5 books at us and a price sheet and walked away... we had no idea what to do and were astonished! They acted as if it was some sort of "priviledge" to hire them and that their books "spoke for themselves" but couldn't be bothered to actually talk to us at all. We waited over a half hour and the woman never came back and never answered any questions. We left. Once this place gets rid of it's pretentiousness and overly high prices it may be worth a look.

They did a great job but it would have been nice to have upfront pricing for pictures. The prices are insane and you don't know how much it will cost till your ordering. Plus you only get the digital photos of the ones you order- if I have prints I don't need a digital photo. Again, nice people and pics but 150 for 1 picture is high.

The whole process from scheduling to meeting the team and photographer to the shooting session, photo selection and distribution was seamless and professional. They really take the time to make sure your experience is a personal one, tailored just to you. They take the time to get to know you as a person, as a family before helping you create real memories. In just 30 minutes, most of which our darling daughter was feeling a bit fussy and clingy, Wayde was able to capture an amazing range of poses and shots. We are over the moon about our photos and they have earned a customer for life. You will get everything you pay for and more with this studio. Attached is the lovely display we now proudly showcase in our dining room, a forever keepsake of our daughter's babyhood.
