Great passport photos. Have UK, USA, Australian passport photos done here. No rejects in over 9 applications. Only issue is it's very expensive. Wish they gave a discount for families or more than one set. Cost over $100 for 3 kids for USA and UK passport photos.

Had to get a Canadian passport photo taken for renewal. The staff was very friendly and very confident in their work. They set up the headshot and confirmed I liked it before printing. Had the whole thing done in under an hour. Best part? Passport was approved with 0 push back on the photograph, as it met every standard.

Very professional service. I went here to get passport photos for my dual citizenship, and the photo requirements are different from that of the USA. Alpha 1 has templates to properly size passport photos from different countries to ensure they are acceptable. The cost was only $3.00 more than photos at a mailboxes style place where I had gotten photos from previously and had them rejected. Service was quick, I was a walkin and had my copies in under 30 minutes. This place easily deserves 5 stars in this category.

Service was very fast, needed to get passport photo taken which are different requirements from the US plus get a digital copy and I got it all done here. Customer service and professionalism was great , cost was $21 which I didn’t mind paying as all the big names close to where I was could not deliver a digital copy to my home country specifications.

I got my passport photo here and I liked it. Professional, polite staff. Cozy and clean office. They photoed me many times until I'm satisfied. $30 is a bit pricy for 4 passport photos but I highly recommend this place if you want a high quality photo.

I was referred to Alpha 1 from a friend and we had an AMAZING experience. I needed a passport photo for my 1 year old (urgently, as our passport appointment was the same day) and Betty was able to get it all done super quickly. The photo taking took 2 minutes at the most and we were able to pick up in an hour (or less) she was done before I even got there. Could not be happier.

Visited this photo studio to get my Canada visa photos. The guy at the front desk was courteous and pretty easy going. They took the photos and turned it back around in less than 20minutes. This is one of the very few studios in greater Seattle area, which entertains Canada visa photo requests. It cost about 26-27$ for the digital and hard copies.

They snap visa pictures, for what seems like, all the countries. I got mine taken for 5 different countries, and all of which were different sizes. The quality and clarity of the print was very good. Also, they keep your picture saved for 6 months, so you can go back and just reprint, if you need more copies.

We went for new born passport photo. They ensured that entire process is very smooth and they used very soft white cloth to take photo, also baby sensitive flash lens.. unlike other pharmacy stores where they made our kid sleep on plastic tray in cold weather.. and flashing directly to baby eyes If you are not worried about few extra bucks then blindly go for it.. its worth every penny.. also make sure you ask for soft copy of photo, it is useful... they do know photo requirements for OCI card .. I am happy customer

Awesome! They are experts in literally every country’s passport/citizenship/visa photo. They are located a mile from Microsoft main campus so they had 10’s of 1000’s of people from all over the world to train them. :) Very professional with the photography. Very knowledgeable about what types of things cause each country to reject photos (shadow, smile, teeth, angle of head, etc). Also very friendly and very fast. Usually have your photos within 30 minutes or so.

My husband and my two year old daughter and I went to the studio around 6 o’clock but the photographer did her best job. Love the place which is super clean and cute, a lot of plants on the table which is near the front door. Sure will go again if we need more passport photo and highly recommend the store.

Brought my baby here for her passport photo. The experience was great! There was a white covered seat to lay the baby and the woman who took the photo used some bells to get baby's attention. The photo session was super fast and the pics were ready to go in a half hour. Would definitely come again.

Unacceptable price charges for photos. Only for printing they asked $35 and printed same number photo for $14 in Walgreens. They explained why so much expensive with they spent too much cartridges. It was 2x2 photo only)))

I was very pleased with my passport pictures. The gentleman that took my photos took a few extra images to make sure he got the best one. I was also instructed when I made my appointment to not wear white since it could cause my passport to be rejected. This was good to know ahead of time. I think they arr definitely the best place to have a passport photo taken on the east side.
