The owners are very experienced and I've always relied on them for passport photos (they make sure your picture is accurate for specific photo requirements for any country around the world) and anything related to photography. Excellent service and attitude!

This place is amazing! They basically saved my life trying to get quality photos printed for xmas presents. My prints I had gotten from Superstore photo lab were terrible quality, and the 4 other places I phoned to ask questions were all very rude and unhelpful. All the staff here are patient and kind. The prices are fair and the quality is good. The turnaround time is fantastic (photo prints in about 30 minutes and 2-3 days for bigger jobs). I will never go anywhere else again for photo printing, and neither should you!

My insta camera was not working for the longest time and all I had to do was walk in and they fixed it in a minute! The staff was super friendly and their knowledge on camera related items was superb ???????? I also get my photos printed from here all the time! Highly recommended for quick turn around jobs .

The pictures were orinted good but we bought a photo frame for 18 dollars which was very poor quality. As soon as I put the photo in the frame the glass didn't stay put. The frame was not worth 18 dollars at all and cannot be returned either Highly unsatisfied with the product!!

I’m sorry I have to give a 1 star even though I liked the picture they took. I went in to get my picture taken for my PR card. I requested the SAME to be emailed to me, for which I paid $10 more. Fair enough. I got home and found the digital copy was a very close-up/ cropped version of the printed copy. I emailed them requesting to send me the original version, and they asked me to visit them again to pay another $10 to get it. Never going back again. Reply to owner: I have explained this multiple times and now I’m really tired. I DID NOT ASK YOU TO PROVIDE A DIFFERENT SIZE!! I specifically asked you to send me the same size that was printed! You assumed I would need a different size. I do not want the photo anymore, at least admit your mistake.

For passport and PR photos, I have tried many places, but this is the only one that I come back again and again, for myself and for my family. The quality is very high and the service is excellent. I had one time got the stamp blurred but when I called to see if they still have the photo in their computers so that I can print an extra copy, they asked me to bring back the photos and helped fix the problem. So I don’t need to spend money to re-print! Thank you so much!

These guys are awesome and I'm glad they've been able to survive the Covid 19 pandemic. I got some disposable cameras developed here in December 2019 and they were amazing. Kind, quick and had an efficient customer sign up so that frequent customers had info on hand rather than filling out the forms each time. I recommend and trust this store!

I used 60 Minute Photo Lab to develop several dozen rolls of film that my 86yo Nana had saved for over twenty years. At first glance the processing appearance unsuccessful. All the negatives were too dark and could not be printed. I almost burst into tears when the owners offered me a new processing technique which had just arrived a few days previous. Be careful about printing computer SCAM. I was instructed to use the computer without informing this is an extra service, then charged extra for using their computer. It took me quite an effort to transfer the picture to their computer for printing. Then I was charged extra for not using my phone directly. That’s literally absurd

Great quality prints at a reasonable price. I printed three black & white 8x10 photos that I'd retouched for my wedding last September and they came out spot on. I also printed about 50 photos for different people from the same wedding and the colour balance is spot on to what I saw on Photoshop. Granted, some people might balk because the prices are higher than your big box warehouse or superstore, however, the print quality is VERY PROFESSIONAL. Had some issues getting set up on their system when trying to find the filenames of the photos (rather than looking at each picture to determine how many copies were needed as I already had them written down) and both the lady and gentleman working were more than happy to help. Will use them again for future printing needs.

An unfortunate and seemingly helpless situation mitigated, solved and expedited by Jason at 60 Minute Photo. It was super last minute, but we had to get a large photo printed and framed in two days. We initially searched for Black's photography, and quickly realized that all (or vast majority) of the locations had shuttered and closed down. The closest photography print shop we could find was 60 Minute Photo at Yonge & Eglinton. We walked in with a USB key loaded with some photos, needing to have one printed large (11x14) to fit into a frame (16x20). Jason helped us and offered the hospitality he offers everyone else - warm, helpful, calm and honest. Upon inspecting the photos we had brought him, he informed us that the photos are too small in file size and resolution to print at decent quality, in the size we wanted. We said "go for it, and let's hope for the best." We really hoped it would be good enough but Jason's reaction wasn't very convincing - he was just being honest. He then proceeded, to his best effort, to edit the photo options and Boost the DPI so that it might help create a better finished product. We took home the result, seeking and needing approval from another family member. The photo options were disapproved as they were pixelated and washed out. The next morning, we rush back to see Jason at the shop (right as he opened). At this point, we only had hours until we needed this photo situation to be resolved. Jason sensed we were distraught and panicked, then asked what this photo was for. I was there with my cousin, and he explained that he needed a printed photo to be displayed at his mother's funeral viewing and service later that day and weekend. My cousin and I didn't have much time to work with, but at this point, Jason made it clear and known to us that he was going to make this work in the little time allotted - he gave us confidence and reassurance. Jason told us to leave us with options and come back in a half hour. We get back and the store is packed with other customers with varying needs and wants, but as soon as we're there, Jason hospitably offers his services and expedites our order. After sifting through our files and options, he printed out (in few minutes time) a few photos in different sizes (at no charge) and showed us that if we went with a smaller photo, the quality would skyrocket exponentially. My cousin and I unanimously decided to go with a smaller photo, but we didn't have time to go purchase a new frame or mat elsewhere. Jason stepped up and hand cut for us a custom mat (on the spot!) to fit the smaller photo into the frame we had and sent us on our way, wishing us the best. Jason had gone above and beyond in his hospitality and his service to us and our family. We can't thank him enough and I'm sure his regular customers understand how selflessly helpful he is. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I've felt that Toronto can be a cold place sometimes for a customer. Jason is a beacon of hope in our city and proves that warm, genuine hospitality is still out there. Thank you Jason! Be good to each other out there! - Marty

60 Minute Photo Lab, failed to notify me that I had to pay extra money (color wise) to have a digital copy of a picture looking exactly like the original. I paid extra $$ for a High resolution digital copy; however, the colors on the end product are far diferent from the original picture. I was given a chance to do a couple of adjustments at no extra cost, which didn't change much on the digital copy. I am very dissapointed!!

Was incredibly surprised and disgusted by the lack of honesty and integrity in their conduct. I particularly found them to be very greedy and dishonest with their pricing. Their attention to detail is also subpar and they routinely violate customer privacy by showing pictures of their work (thus actual customers) with presumably no consent having been provided. Will definitely never recommend them to anyone or support them again.

I came into the store at the last-minute to order some photographs I needed for a funeral service the next morning. The couple there were very courteous and professional, and extended their hours to fulfill my order. While I was waiting for my order and other customers were being served, I was impressed with the respect and diplomacy directed towards a difficult customer whom was uninformed on a matter when he showed up, but left grateful and satisfied about the matter when he left. The store is bright,spacious, and modern, but you will leave with that old fashioned sense of value that only a family establishment can provide.

They Charged $50+tax for a headshot that I needed for my work. I was not happy with the photo taken. It did not look professional. But after a 10-15 minute argument with them they agreed to photoshop but not retake the picture. I was not happy with the photoshopped photo either so I asked one of my colleagues to take the headshot that I needed using the cell phone so I could meet my deadline. I am much happier with the cell phone one. I did not have a pleasant experience and the customer service I received was poor. Too much hassle for something that is supposed to be a pleasant experience. I need to have a professional picture taken anyways. I paid $50 but got nothing useful. I am going somewhere else this time.

Pure rip off, first and foremost, when asked for help to print double sided pages they said they don't do double sided... Check one rip off and not considerate of the environment. Secondly, they count pages by hand even when they can just check the amount of pages on their computer... Check two inefficient. Thirdly when the employee was counting the pages, they give up halfway and say does this number sound right to you?... Check three, they don't care. 50 dollars for a small booklet of one sided pages? Yeah you can forget about it. Never going back.

This store always tries its very best to satisfy customers' needs with impeccable service and very reasonable price. I previously took id photos there and was able to get photos of great quality faster than other stores. Just recently I tentatively asked them if they could provide custom-made painting frames because I have a painting of rather unusual size and I could not find ready-made frames on the market. Luckily they could! They very patiently helped me to select the right material, offered me great advice on options through their rich experience, and I could tell they took my interest into full consideration, recommending me the most cost effective solutions with the best visual effects possible. Finally when I saw the real frame, I was so happy. I should say I get more value than what I pay. Highly recommend 60 Minute Photo Lab!!

I have had two experiences with this place and both times very unorganised. Driving licence photo was a rip off. They constantly cannot find customer’s prints. They are definitely not 60 minute photo as the name implies. 24 hour photos are not 24 hour and even people next to me didn’t seem to have them printed. We paid and processed online for 24 hour printing. It’s been 48 hours and they hadn’t been printed. All they had to do was print them from the machine. 3 people with similar stories right next to me. A bit of a mess. At least they apologised!

I went there for a passeport photo with specific requirements (not Canadian). The photographer did a great job. The quality of the photo was good (not highlighting little redness or other small defaults on your face...) and respected the specific requirements of my country. Price is high but standard for this type of photo (20 CAD for 2 printed photos). I highly recommend this place!
