The electronic section is terrible. Who sells games that are opened? Can't return product or get price match, even with proof of purchase. Was told "I'm too busy!" Had to manually look up price cost on my phone and the manager just grabbed my phone and clicked on a different website. Totally unexpected and not customer oriented. Perhaps he should take a refresher course on "SuperHost".

This drug store is more than a drug store. I can find just about anything I need in this store. Shoppers tried to do it but they still have a long way to go to catch up with London Drugs. I could easily do all my shopping at this one place if I wanted to. Doing a great job. Only remark in the negative I have to say is that a couple of the staff members need to brush up on their customer service skills. I think one undercover shopper would find any issues with no problem. Keep up the great work.

Make sure you have a mask. Stay 4 arms lengths apart and stand in the timeout box in isle 2. Shop here at your own stress. Edit to owner: I had a mask. I was not in the way I was more than 6 feet away from anyone Yet your staff yells at me, not 3 old people blocking the middle center isle. Yes you are following safety. This is not the problem. How terribly rude your employees are is the problem. It's sad to hear your so ignorant of what's happening in your own store.

If you're looking for camera equipment, try and avoid Demetra, the camera department manager. Better yet, order from Vistek or TheCameraStore in Calgary, or Broadway Camera in Vancouver. She lacks knowledge on products and has been incredibly rude on many occasions, which is not great when spending thousands of dollars. All 3 alternate stores I mentioned offer better pricing and incredible customer service.

WORST costumer service on the computer section, specially their technician of the month during the time i had a problem... they might have the knowledge but extremely lack of courtesy, patience & character... the technicians are incapable of dealing with customers... if it were not for the store managers efforts to calm me down, i would have inform all the people i know that to not support this establishment anymore! i would still look around before considering their "technical services".

Less than Desirable online order and pickup. Placed order online through website states ready in 2 hours. Ok store opens at 8 should be ready for 10ish 11:30 I get notification the item is shipped. 5 mins later item is ready for pickup at Customer Service. Waited in line for apx 10 mins as only one cashier. She calls for help a supervisor comes up and starts to assist me. She is looking for the book. Finds the book ok my name is there. Have to go find it. She goes to the cabinet. It’s not there. She goes to the spa it’s not there comes back looks at the book again. Starts discussing with the customer service. She then calls Sid up and he says he hasn’t pressed that one it shouldn’t be ready. However I got the email it says it is. Back and forth between them. He disappears for a bit. Then comes back looks at the book again he looks around customer service. Finally he goes back to the cabinet near the washrooms and finds the parcel. Whole process with out waiting in line was close to 15 mins. My thoughts are online orders should be walk in and walk out. Maybe have pracels at another location in the store an a dedicated person to work on them during the day. Not saying they just stand there, can stock shelves but when a customer is there to pick up it’s a smooth seamless transaction. I purchased this item online and for store pickup as I wanted to be in and out. This was not the case an a failure on London Drugs.

Not really good customer service. I just asked politely for gift receipt before cashier lady start to scan my items for letting her know, but she's kinda offenced, idn why, and rudely said I need to pay for items first. I just let her know i want to get receipt and wasn't rude at all. Also her attitude to previous customer and to me was very different, she didn't even asked me about bags that she actually asked for previous customer. Customer service from lady at makeup section was really nice, so I disappointed more about cashier lady's attitude.

The front staff are usually pretty friendly. The store is nice and clean.Well layed out for easier shopping. The staff in electronics is difficult to approach and give you the least amount of effort. For the most part the staff in the pharmacy do a good job. Tons of parking. Overall a decent store.

I normally really like London Drugs but yesterday I had a bad experience and I will no longer be shopping at this particular store. Three weeks ago we purchased a MacBook Pro that came to over $3000. The man we purchased from was very polite and said we had 30 days to return it if there was a problem. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the computer, and we took it into the store to return it yesterday. The manager I spoke to was extremely condescending, very rude and patronizing. We were eventually able to return the computer however after the experience with the manager in the computer department I will no longer be shopping at this location. Very disappointed in the customer service by this particular manager.

Your photo staff is very rude. I've been here a few times to process my photos and have passport photos taken no a number of occasions, and am received with the most horrible customer service from older women who should know better. If you're going to get your photo taken here take the time to go somewhere else even if it's out of the way.

This is my personally perception of my experience at London Drugs in Kamloops. I traveled from the Cariboo in search of a new home computer; and wanting a high end complete system for home studio/office to do professional photo and video editing.The computer service assistant could have been more personable as it seemed like I was bothering him. He did what he could regardless. However I got better service, better equipment and better price at Best Buy. And I thought that if I ever have to come back for customer service on a new system I'd prefer going somewhere that made me feel welcome.

However, a woman working in pharmacy was very unkind and her approach to helping me was horrible. I felt very uncomfortable and wish I'd have gone to any other pharmacy. What a joke this place is they have listed on there website 3 Xbox one combo with battlefield 1 for $300 and change but when you go there to purchase the consel and game combo they are of course out of stock so why list on your website you still have 3 in stock I mean why waste your customers time! But oddly enough they are more than willing to sell a Xbox one and the game will cost you a extra $90 what a absolute waste of time sounds like a complete scam to me!

A good London Drugs with everything you would expect from one. They have an oddly appealing inventory with things I didn't know I needed until I see them on their shelves. The tech department is pretty standard though. You will always be helped but it drives me nuts that they don't scale their level of help to the conversation they are having with you. I have worked retail electronics before so I know what I'm talking about: when a customer comes in and says I'm doing this yadda yadda yadda, you listen to gauge how much they know....ACTUALLY know. They may know how to move pictures from a camera to their computer and think they are certified technicians. Or they may actually be certified technicians so you need to throttle your conversation as such. Sadly, which can only be attributed to the geek stereotype of low social skillz (see what I did there? :D), they go full geek on you thinking you don't know a damn thing. And this usually ends up with me saying, "I'm just looking, thanks."

I'm not entirely sure of the woman's name who helped us, I think it was Heather, her employee number is 46369. She was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the different countertop dishwashers we were looking at, she was actually very knowledgeable about anything we asked her about within the store. She was super friendly and very helpful, at no times making us feel rushed. My husband was going to carry it out to the car but she insisted on taking it for us. Give this woman a big raise, and don't ever let her go!

Upon answering Lynn quickly brushed off my call and transferred me to a dead end call of a phone ringing. I got annoyed and called back hoping Lynn would answer again. Waited on hold and this time I was told let me check here. Yes 11 to 3. Clearly Lynn could have checked and told me instead of transferring me to a department that isn't going to answer their phone for another hour and 15 minutes. We aren't in downtown Vancouver here. Wife and I went to store to purchase the new Ipad for Dad's barthday and ask for price match from Canadian "Walxxxt" web-site the sales name "Bxxxxxx" says he can't do price matching because from the web-site could be in "open box" or "refurbished" and apple does not do any discounts. Well, usually if the product is "open box" or "refutbished" the website will have to tell you and when they didn't tell you it means it "Fxxking New!!". The sales than turn around and say we dont have any in stock right now check tomorrow's tuck "maybe" there will be one. The online clearly says you have two in stock. SO, I went to Staples, they didn't even ask me any questions for price matching. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER spend a nickel there!!!.

I always want to come shopping at London Drugs because I love their cosmetics department. However, for years now, I have stopped shopping here because the cosmeticians and staff always ignore me, never ask if I need help and I feel like I'm constantly unappreciated and unwelcome as a customer- even when the store is empty and not busy. This is bizarre to me, as I am a professional makeup artist and I would bring a lot of business to this department. But I guess they don't want my business.

She is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant, explaining the different types of skin care for mature skin. I came away with some new found knowledge and am happy to say I use my products every day. For anyone wanting to know know about skin care/make up, I highly recommend going to London Drugs in Courtenay and ask for Yvonne.

Generally an excellent shopping experience, but my recent trip to your camera counter proved total terrible. I stood and looked at your display of dash cams for over 10 minutes without any help from staff. There were two staff members in the section at the time, one male and on female, and they both ignored me completely. One even walked right past me to restock an upper shelf. After waiting more than 10 minutes to make my purchase, i walked down the mall to CanTire where a helpful sales associate was too happy to give me assistance and advice. Not a huge purchase, but $200 that went to your competitors. Not performance from your staff.

Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The medication I take is non addictive and not dangerous but if I don't take it it and stop for any reason it could be very very dangerous. Usually because of this pharmacies are okay to give out an emergency 7 day supply if I hadn't had the chance to talk to my doctor. BUT NOT THIS PHARMACY!!! I was visiting the area and forgot my prescription at home by accident so I had my prescription transferred to this pharmacy so I could get a short supply until I returned. When I got there they hands down refused to give me my prescription because of some clerical error even though I was starting to lose my mind a because I hadn't taken it for 5 days and needed it ASAP. This would NEVER happen at my usually pharmacy. I appropriately told them off and said I needed this or I was going to have to go to emergency. And I am not joking the pharmacist dead pan looked at me and said " go to emergency then" then turned around and walked away. I think this place should be shut down for medical negligence. I then go to another pharmacy (shoppers drug mart) and there was also a clerical issue but the pharmacist fixed it and figured it out and gave me prescription no problem. So moral of the story if in Kamloops don't go to London Drugs, go to their competitor Shopper Drug Mart and I am also seriously considering reporting this place for medical negligence because they should be shut down for endangering my life....

Took my phone to have it available when the Apple service person came in that afternoon, saw that my phone was serviced and then called me tell of my phone’s status and delivered it to me at my home, as she said it was on her way home. I was very disappointed with the photo department today. I brought my infant in to have a passport photo taken, and was told they wouldn’t even try to take the photo. I have had several friends get passport photos taken of their infants at this same location in the past 1-2 months. I was given the phone number of a place in another community that wasn’t even open.

First of all everything is at least five dollars more than literally anywhere else you go. The cashiers are old condescending ladies who would do a better job serving at a highway diner. And what gets me the most is how many pharmacy people they have joking around and laughing with each other but when a customer comes up they're like "um I'll be right with you.." THEN THEY KEEP JOKING AROUND WITH THEIR COWORKERS. The absolute funniest part is how there's like several people working there and this rediculous hour and fifteen minute wait list for someone to literally put pills on a bottle. I guess i didn't know it's rocket science and takes an average of putting one pill in a bottle per minute but you also need those joking around with your coworker breaks. They should all be fired and find jobs at some carnavle where their work ethic is more acceptable.

Went in to get passport photos taken. I was only second in line but still waited 20mins. There was only one woman working who was taking passport photos for someone else. A man came along and asked what I needed, I told him passport photos so he told me to go over and tell the woman so she could do mine same time as the others she was currently taking. So I went over, told the woman what the man said but she said no, you'll have to wait until I finish these first. That was fine, I waited, maybe another 10mins. Thats when she went on to serve the next customer without coming back to me. I asked why she didn't come back to me and she just told me to go to the back of the line which now had 6 people waiting. So over all, I spent 30mins waiting for photos I never got. The woman was extremely rude and wouldn't listen, I was not a happy camper to say the least.

I would like to commend Paul in the technical services section. A year ago I had to replace my laptop hard drive. I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Paul at that time. However, the other day I was having an issue that I couldn't figure out (definitely operator error!) and Paul came to the counter and sorted it out for me. He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful - and he also didn't laugh at me LOL. Thanks much to Paul!

purchased a Cuisinart coffee maker...Within a week it broke down The filter part broke....London Drugs return policy wouldn't take the coffee maker back..have to mail to the Cuisinart Company...What a mess...some of the staff are nice but not the electronic dept...

Witnessed a short brown haired lady at the photolad being absolutely horrendous to an elderly lady, because she did not understand the process on how to make a photobook. Snippy, short with her snotty remarks and just came on the floor from lunch. It's unfortunate because I've had issues purchasing from this photolad before, with a long haired blonde lady.... I understand it must be the hardest job in the world to work at Christmas time, but it is absolutely unacceptable to not help customers effectively, with a service that is offered at your location. Kudos to the YOUNGER gentleman on shift that was so polite to surrounding customers.

If you like to be racially profiled and called a thief before you even leave the store go ahead and don't mind coming by here they look at you from the cameras as soon as you walk in and have you kicked out within 5 minutes. Make sure you wearing clothing that's not expressing yourself or they will pick you out immediately for doing something a meth head would do.

I usually order Online and then come to pick up my Groceries as it is Free. It has been very smooth except that sometimes the order is missing an item or two (when it was total 32 items only) . It seems the store is not keeping strict Tab on counting the Total number of Items before handing it to Customer so that it matches. But I am optimistic that it will be resolved soon. Other than that, 5-Star experience!

The photographer at the photo department knew exactly what she was doing and was very helpful. She says they do several photos a day and she was very knowledgeable about the different requirements for other forms of ID, not just passports.

Drove all the way in to look at a laptop that it said had 3 in stock online then they don’t even have it. Had my mask (even tho I’m medically exempt and have a dr note) on but the guy was bugging me about it anyways and wouldn’t even look at my phone to help me/find the model I was looking at to buy. Then I go out to the parking lot and buy it online anyways but get a phone call today saying they don’t even have it online even tho it said they did and they charged my card and confirmed my order? They’re trying to give me a display one that everyone’s been touching and using for who knows how long now and won’t even offer a discount or rush order it for me. I am out work until I have a computer and this has all cost me more money and lost wages because of the errors in your website. It should not be possible for a customer to buy items online if they aren’t in stock and when you make a mistake you should apologize to your paying customer and make the situation right. I was told by the employee I could buy it online and then also buy the website. I would have picked a different one so I could be back up working ASAP if I’d known this one wasn’t actually available. Very disappointed. :(

Very displeased that after waiting for cashier to finish with a customer I'm still told to wait when I ask to be buzzed into washroom. Pregnant women LOVE that. How hard is it to push a button before other customer comes up that came AFTER I got there and waited. Disgusted with that particular worker.

Cashier 61891 was extremely rude to me when i questioned the price of an article i was purchasing that clearly had a reduced priced tag on the shelf. She called for a price check and while waiting clearly joked about it with the customer in line behind me. I was correct and was advised that someone didn't remove the sale tag. The lady that brought this up to the cashier was very nice but the cashier just made a umph sound and put it through with no apology. . i understand that this is a busy time of year but don't take your frustration out on the customer

Absolutely horrible DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM LONDON DRUGS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS AT ALL I bought a $500 soundbar a month and a half ago the sub quit and londin drugs will not honor it at all Absolutely horrible buy anywhere else but here all other major stores stand behind there stuff not london drugs
