I've worked with Lance as our business' Photographer of choice for the last five years and have been nothing but impressed by him and his team. Concept Photography shows up on time, with all necessary materials, and makes the subject feel comfortable and at home in their sessions. I have been continually impressed by their level of customer service as well as the quality of the photos our business has received. I have personally also had the pleasure of having Lance and his team shoot my child's school and sports photos over the years and while she can be difficult to do so, they always manage to get her smiling!

I had issues with my children's school photos that were done by Concept Photography last fall and it took several unanswered emails and phone calls before the error was corrected. Unfortunately, Concept was the company to do the children's dance photos this spring. I haven't seen the photos yet... but the old lady that was working the table with the bar codes could use a customer service lesson. The only reason I didn't give one star was because the school photos did turn out nice.

Lance was our photographer for our super sparkly ‘80s themed wedding this spring and was absolutely amazing. I am generally not comfortable having my photo taken and was worried that I would wreck all of our captured memories with my “Chandler smile.” But Lance put me, my partner, and our rather large wedding party totally at ease with his humour and professionalism. He staked out some great locations in advance that we hadn’t even thought of, which we really appreciated. During the shoot, we all felt we were on an awesome adventure and, at times, even stopped traffic! Lance didn’t just capture memories that day, but helped us make some too. The end result was a set of legendary photos that far exceed our expectations. They are so unique, fun, and colourful, which is exactly what we were looking for. Lance, we cannot thank you enough for your amazing work. You captured the essence of our special day and were stellar to work with!

Definitely disappointed. Answer one mail and then didn’t reply any more. Charging expensive fees for picture delivery when they use to do it for free. Sad to use the pandemic over and over as an excuse for doing less for families.

I have dealt with lance in many capacities but see him a lot at school proms and soccer. His work and professionalism are amazing. I am fortunate to be able to work with Lance year after year and he never disappoints. Once year at a school prom I watched him take a picture at the start of prom, edit the 100 + faces during the prom to create the PERFECT picture and then had them all printed in a folder before the students left. That is customer service!!!!

Lance took excellent photos of our house for our real estate listing. It was really nice to look back on our hard work and feel proud of what we accomplished over the last few years. We wanted to show how nice our house is and Lance did a great honest job of that. He just somehow knew the shots inside, or in the yard, that we cared about and captured them perfectly. While speaking to Lance I realized how invested he is when trying to capture the best pictures (sometimes in a very short period of time such as school photos) . Concept photography did my kids school photos this year and they were great! When i picked up the photos at the post office , unfortunately my daughter's photos had been switched with another child's photos at the lab. When our school contacted lance he immediately called me to apologize, he printed the photos and he personally drove them out to errington on the last day of school before christmas break! What great service! Mistakes happen in this world, i am not upset when they happen. I am thoroughly impressed with how responsive Lance has been in correcting it. Thank you so much!

My daughter just returned home from getting her school pictures done. She was actually upset. Photographer was rude and abrasive with her which is completely unacceptable. My daughter is not a problem child who acts out (unlike the boy) so I am actually shocked at how she was treated. Very unprofessional and will not be paying for anything from this company. Schools should re-examine using this company if this is how he treats children.

I got my boy’s school photo, I was not satisfied with some small parts.So I tried to contact with Lance to see if he can fix this.Surprisely, he replied very quickly (he is very busy at this school photo season),and we were able to find a way to meet in person this weekend to solve the problem. He explained everything very professional and got a better choice for me.( in fact, the original photo was great, just I didn’t choose the right background to fit it) School year photo is great memory for all of us, sometimes we might have small issue, but don’t hesitate to contact Lance, I believe he is always there to help us!
