Friendly, pleasant, disorganized and incompetent. I had a picture badly framed here and couldn't pick it up twice because one worker or the other couldn't find the price to charge. Further, framing is outsourced and done unprofessionally. Go somewhere else, for framing anyway.

Went for passport photos and woman was insistent that there was not a glare on the face but when compared to our rejected photos, the glare was the same. Try Studio Rose on Decarie for a much more professional and friendly experience!

Just got a great service from this atelier! We made passport pics for a 6 months old baby. We were able to hold him properly and very securely, and after the photographer cut my fingers from the picture! For price same is they charge at the farmacie! Highly recommend for infant passport pictures!

Great place to take the passport picture of babies. The photographer was really really nice and patient. I thought it would be a nightmare to take the picture of my daughter but it was very easy and well done. I wasn't the reason for my visit but I observed that they have a big selection of frames and services related to photography.

Absolutely APPALLED at the experience I just had at this photo shop. I wanted to get my prints done at a neighbourhood shop instead of a big franchise store. I called and was told that my prints were ready, but when I arrived he told me that he needed a few minutes to finish. I said that I would return in a few minutes and he explained that his store closes at 5 pm. I said that that wasn’t a problem that I would be back before then...this was twenty minutes before 5 pm. I returned at 4:50 pm and he told me that the store was closed and I would have to come on Monday to pick them up. I told him that I didn’t understand why the store was closed 10 minutes early when he told me that the shop closed at 5 pm. He told me that the machines always close down 10 minutes early and I asked him if I can just pick up the prints that were already finished and he threw up his arms and said I’m closed and that if I wanted the photos I should have waited in the store instead of leaving!

Après un premier contact par courriel, nous nous sommes rendus au studio, la photographe à fait preuve d’une grande ouverture et de flexibilité envers mon adolescent. Être parents d’un enfant handicapé est en soit un combat quotidien, mais cette équipe de photographes est doté d’un professionnalisme exemplaire, ils nous ont acceptés et ils ont faciliter notre expérience.
