I should win a Guinness Book of World Record for number of times having had my passport photo rejected… I had my passport rejected so many times that I knew the Passport Canada officer by name! Each time (with photos taken at Pharmaprix or Jean Coutu), the photo was rejected- the pose was wrong, the photo was overly bright or I was unrecognizable. Finally, I came to Armane… a professional photographer at last! She has a fully-equipped studio and was also reasonably priced. Armane was polite and professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Within days, not only were my photos *finally* accepted by Passport Canada, but the Passport Canada officer complimented me on the quality of the photos. Wonderful experience! Never again will I waste my time or money by going anywhere else. Thank you Armane!

Professional and quick service. Earlier , i I went and had my passport taken at a nearby photographer and my photos were rejected for not being clear and follow the specification given. Frustrated, i was scouting around at jean coutu and pharmaprix but they dont have the specific measurement required so I found this gem during my search before going to embassy to rectify my passport issues. Thank you, its been a pleasure and I will surely come back.

Photos were ok however they do not accept Credit/Debit Card. When we paid by cash they charged us taxes but didn't offer us invoice, when we asked for the receipt they reluctantly gave us a handwritten invoice which looks like an attempt to fool customers who are charged the taxes but it gets pocketed by the owner. Unless you are in desperate need i would not recommend going there.
