I cannot express how wonderful Patty and the Magnolia team are! They not only gave us such beautiful memories to keep for a lifetime but were such a joy to work with. Having planned everything from a different continent was already so stressful and Patty just put me at ease. Our initial meeting was so informative and the whole process on the day of the wedding felt so much easier than I would have thought. This of course is due to the fact that they knew exactly what they are doing (even in the rain!). And of course having Patty there throughout the day and night made it all the more fun! We loved the experience. We adore Patty and her beautiful team! We love our photos and we look forward to working with Magnolia in the future, even though we are so far apart. Thank you! Out of all the wedding photographers in Montreal, we chose Patty and her team. There was something about her pictures, her style, and her personality that drew us to her. We also had the pleasure to work with her for our e-session where we got to know how she worked and started to develop comfort with her. We are so happy with our pictures, she captured our precious moments on our special day, and they are timeless and romantic. She definitely captured the sensitivity of our moments together as a couple and as a family that day (just as she strives to do and states in her promo video). Patty and her team was professional, nice, and very down to earth... which put us at ease and made us feel comfortable on our big day. Patty and her team were punctual and helped keep the day on track except for one instance in front of the church where we stalled so that we could be alone on the steps, so that we could take her famous "veil in the wind" picture. Patty reassured us that it would be worth the wait... and thank goodness for that because that picture is stunning and we will be blowing that one up for sure!! Patty speaks Italian well, so that was a plus for our uni-lingual Italian family members and knew our traditions. Also, so many newly weds wait so long to get their pictures... we got a text on our honeymoon that our pictures were ready less than a month after our wedding and we picked up the USB on our one month anniversary which was a nice gift! She always responds quickly by text or email, making her accessible and reliable. She is also very organized :) and that's a great quality that we pay attention to as a very organized couple :) !!! We can't wait to see our album! We consider Patty not only one of our wedding vendors but a good friend and we are happy that she was a part of our special day. Love you Patty! I don't really know where or how to start this review, so this may be scattered! Patrizia is a super talented, artistic and creative photographer. She has the "eye"; she sees things that others do not, and so she is able to capture moments that few can even imagine. My wife and I asked her to shoot our wedding and we are so happy that we did. We live in Ottawa but we got married in Montreal. We know lots of photographers in Ottawa, but we wanted to find a photographer from Montreal, someone who knew the city and what areas to shoot in. We are so happy we found Patrizia. I worked for a wedding photography company for 5 years, I'm a photographer myself, so please believe me when I tell you that she is super talented, and that she will not let you down. My wife and I were blown away when we saw the pictures. Our friends and family recently saw the photos and they were also blown away. I don't know what more I can say, Patrizia is the real deal. She's such a nice and down to earth person, no ego at all. She's everything I aspire to be as a photographer, and more. I can't recommend her enough.

How do we truly express what an incredible decision it was to hire Patrizia Castiglione to shoot our wedding? It will be difficult; in all honesty the experience was beyond what we could have ever imagined. Dreaming it up: Patty is certainly an artist, so when expressing what we envisioned our day to be and feel like, she was genuinely excited, and passionately collaborative, helpful and supportive. She immediately understood what we wanted, and was determined to make it happen. Professionalism: on time, organized, with a soothing and calming nature that really helped us and our families relax on a charged wedding morning. We were all so impressed with the way the day was organized and how she and her team ( merci Arielle!!) carried themselves as some of the best in the industry. We received our photos surprisingly quickly, and beautifully presented. That attention to detail is what sets her apart. Rolling with the punches: we had originally dreamed up a grand outdoor photo shoot, which was deterred by a spontaneous electrical rainstorm. Patty quickly figured out a plan B the night before the wedding and made it all happen for us – it was as though nothing changed and went off so smoothly. People: having known Patty for a while already, we knew there was one thing she does better than any photographer in Montreal- storytelling! What she chooses to shoot, how and why are revealed in the final products. She captures glances, tender moments when no one is watching, and the joy of the in-betweens that we so easily miss on that busy day. Looking through our photos is like reliving the celebration through everyone’s eyes. Money shots: no one needs 1000 images of their wedding, and even though that’s about the quantity we received, one in every 3 photos is a masterpiece. Like miniature painting. Photos that either leave you with a tear in your eye, or a WOW reaction. We profoundly couldn’t be happier with our images and are even more thrilled she is a part of our lives forever now! Patty is without a doubt one of the warmest and kindest human beings. Really and truly, anyone would be lucky to have her and her team apart of their wedding day . Beyond her professionalism, expertise and overall know how she is an exceptional person to have with you on one of the most magical days of your life. Her team is respectful, punctual and kind. They get to know you and your family very quickly, which makes things run smoothly on such a whirlwind day. Upon posting one photo of our wedding a few days after it took place, a close friend of my husband and I wrote to us and said "Your photographer earned their paycheque with that one photo." I couldn't have agreed more. When we received the rest of our photos a month later, we were blown away with how gorgeous they were, and how much they brought us back to the happiest day of our lives. I don't know how it will be remotely possible to chose just a few to print or put into an album, because I can say without a doubt that I love every single one, and there are over 1000 of them! Patty is so professional - she showed up exactly on time, she knows exactly what she is doing and how to make a day run smoothly, and she is very good at handling the nerves and everyone's opinions. That being said, she is also so fun, hilarious and an absolute joy to be around. You feel like she is part of your family. Her and our team of videographers had never met, but both my husband and I separately asked them if they knew each other because they seemed as though they had been best friends for years. I knew Magnolia would deliver the most stunning photos. I have followed their work for almost 2 years and it is nothing short of amazing, but having received our photos I can say without a doubt that they have exceeded my expectations. They are the most special memory to have and I cannot wait to continue to look back to them for many years to come. I have already referred one of my best friends to Patty for her upcoming wedding, but anyone getting married in Montreal would be crazy not to go with her, she is just the best of the best.
