Terrible customer service. The rarely answer phones. I asked them to update their hours on Google as its misleading, it says they are open on weekends from 10am but the lady said they only open at noon on weekends. Came twice on weekends afternoon and they were closed!!!

Awful service! I went there for a photo ID for my child and I was "welcomed" (if we can call it this way) by a snobish woman (the photographer) who didn't even greet us or anything. She didn't bother to place my child or propose anything for him to look better or to stop crying. This woman CANNOT work with children. Didn't even smile or said anything during the whole time we were there! First time I took pictures with my child in such a horrendous way! I went elsewhere for photo ids and had such a better service, plus the pictures looked MUCH BETTER since the photographer actually placed the child and arranged him to look good. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ARMANE PHOTOGRAPHY to anyone. Go to any Jean Coutu and you'll get better photo ids with a MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!

Please don’t even bother going to this studio. It is a total waste of time, she is very cold and will hold on to your pictures and disappoint you. Total waste of time and money going to her for a photoshoot. I was charged unnecessarily for the session when she told me initially that the session was free. To consider the time and stress and at the end of the day, I couldn’t get the pictures.

This studio is amazing. The picture that i need has the best quality. I went to two other photo studios for my permanent residence picture but unfortunately when i uploaded it online, the system wont accept it for it’s quality, but when i had my picture from them everything goes smoothly. I highly recommend this studio especially for immigration application purposes. You would really love your photo. Its the best one i have right now actually. SuperB!
