Requested a return for a package being held. We're now into day 6 of the 1-2 day SLA for UPS to take action on the return request. This isn't the first time this has happened. Customer support recommends "Waiting". The last time this happened the package sat for 2 MONTHS waiting to return. Finally I paid to have it "Picked up" as a new shipment. This went out that day. What a joke.

No issues at all. Staff are to the point and package was fine. I pickup/drop off about 3-4 times week...never really hand an issue. After reading some of the reviews....just wow. Lots of dumb and entitled folks around.

Never get told my order is in. They never even attempt to deliver my orders to my building. I have to track my packages and then come in after they've placed it on hold because of "issue during delivery". Issue being they never attempted delivery in the first place. When I asked about it the lady at the counter didn't even care.

I didn't think I could be frustrated with a company more than Canada Post, but UPS has been proving me wrong. Twice now I've asked to have packages delivered to the UPS store and I get confirmations that it has done then, but then my packages still get delivered to my landlords door. At least this time it got brought to the back door like I had requested, but what's the point of asking to bring it to the ups store if they aren't going to? I even called customer service and she confirmed it was at the store and it was not. So frustrating.

I don't usually write reviews but feel I must in this case. I got to the store just after closing (6pm). The rep said she would take the parcel anyway. I also forgot to include an item in the box and she gave me tape to reseal the parcel. The price was reasonable (I did research the price on the web beforehand and it was very close). The parcel arrived at it's destination on the expected date in the expected condition. Excellent service! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely horrible. Their staff is all contracted out, and their drivers and main shipping centres don't give a damn if you get your package or not. Don't bother with calling any customer service either, you'll just talk to another contracted worker down in South America. This company is a joke. CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE.

Extremely Poor. His utmost try is to raise unnecessary concerns if you are delivering a package that has already a return label. He wants is to buy a box/material to wrap your item that have been already properly packed. Poor service.

Wish I could leave 0 stars, one is too many. Left a package at my front door and didn't ring the door bell watched them run off. The package looked like it was thrown down the stairs. Multiple parts where broken and damaged. Nice work UPS, I will never freely choose to user your service.

For the owner who responded, since they were kind enough to respond. I am aware that UPS Store is a franchise under license from the UPS company itself. I will not remove the review as it pertains to UPS, store or otherwise and will actively recommend people to use a different courier. If someone decides to ship via another courier by seeing a bad review for a ups store, thats a win in my books as UPS was not used as the courier. Avoid UPS like the plague, I choose to pay more to ship using other couriers as the hassle from this company everytime is not worth my sanity.

I picked up a package that was shiped to this location only to find out they charge a hidden pickup fee if you don't have a PO box with them. We were never made aware of this at time of shipping so the package was basically held hostage until the surprise fee was paid on top of the already paid shipping charges. To make it worse the employee I was with was talking on his cell while dealing with me.

When they "tried my apartment" my phone was never buzzed, then my tracking number said the following Monday "delivered to resident" but i wasn't even home and when i got home nothing was there so i called them to find out where my package was and they said "it's at the ups store" sigh....

I was in on March 12th at 5:15 pm to ship an item. I came in with no packaging, just a printed shipping label. The lady at the counter was friendly and incredibly helpful. I think the staff in the stores can take the brunt of people’s frustrations who are unhappy with delivery issues. It’s hard to offer good services when you’ve been dealing with angry people. For this reason, I wanted to take the time to give this thoughtful and helpful employee a 5 star review.

Took the day off work today, to make sure i was home for a package to arrive. The driver came while i was home, did not knock on my door at all. Just left a slip attached to my door to go and PICK UP my package! Now i have to take a 2nd day off wo go and pick it up because they will be closed by the time i am off work. Grrrrrr

i have been trying to receive my package for a week. not to mention the shipping fee was more than $50 which is ridiculous. they showed up to my house and i said i didn’t have the money right away. i went the next day but it was closed. why is the hours so random?? i’ve been trying to get my package everyday since the 21st. it’s the 28th, and i called early this morning to have my package delivered to my house. they said they would call and they didn’t and never showed up. i’m completely frustrated with this company.

Terrible experience and store, the employees are extremely rude and do not work to solve problems in anyway. I don't know if it's worse to go into a UPS store or phone the 1-800 #. Will never use this excuse of a shipping company again and recommend everyone else avoid UPS.

The worst delivery company in the business. They claim to have delivered the package or dropped it off at the pick up location. But packages aren't there. They either have to go through their dispatch centre, trucks and various pick up points to figure out where the package is. One time they said they lost my package then magically delivered it a week later. Their updates online are just auto updates too.

Drove all the way out from Chilliwack on November 22nd, 2018 to the lcoation on Peardonville pick up a parcel after my delivery to my home had been horribly bungled and I received a notice threatening to send my parcel back. Upon pickup I gave my credit card information to the agent working that evening to process the payment of $24.71 for taxes and duties. Yesterday, April 25th 2019, I received a notice from North American Receivable Management Services notifying me that UPS had contracted them to "collect the debt in the amount of $24.71". Thinking it was some kind of mail scam looking for my credit card information, I contacted UPS directly. The agent on the phone ADMITS that it shows on record that my card was taken, but does not show a payment being made - so I checked my card online and discovered that the payment was never processed. I am livid. UPS never ONCE tried to contact me to notify me that I owed any outstanding balance. I heard not a single wind of this until I received the letter from the debt collection agency. This is a blunder and an oversight that I cannot forgive, and I will never trust or use this company again. I now have a blemish on my credit file because of this complete f*** up and this is now my responsibility to deal with. DO NOT use UPS. If you absolutely have to, CHECK YOUR CARD STATEMENTS.

Bullshit service of UPS, never show up on time. always late. never update their website on time. I chose to get my package delivered through UPS twice and both time, they were having excuse of not delivering on time. then they don't update their website, after time of delivery passed they change the estimated delivery to Exception. So now you don't know when the parcel will be delivered. Once I took a day off from work and stayed at home whole day to receive the parcel, but guy didn't show up on next day, totally screwed up...... My suggestion never choose UPS..........

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Our package was stolen and the worker at the Abbotsford location not only made no effort to help, she seemed annoyed and wouldn’t get off the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SHE SAYS THAT EITHER I CAN PAY THE CHARGES AT THE STORE OR THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF DOESN'T GET DELIVERED ON TIME OR YOU CAN CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS, IT WON'T BE OUR REPONSIBILITY. I TOLD HER THAT YOU ARE ALL UPS SO WHY DOES IT MATTER. MAKE SURE TO PUT THESE ON THE EXPRESS SHIPMENT TRUCK SO IT MAKES TO THE AIRPORT BUT MY SHIPMENT DIDN'T MAKE THE SERVICE. TODAY, I CALLED THIS STORE AND AS I EXPECTED, THEY SAID THE SAME THING. IT'S NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY, ITS JUST DROP OFF LOCATION. Not sure what all the negative reviews here are about, but here's my 2 cents. They were perfectly happy to have me mail, quite literally, an entire apartment worth of belongings to their store when I moved here from Ottawa. Didn't even bat an eye, and were super helpful when I arrived in making sure I had time to grab it all in one day. I also had to get a bunch of documents printed, on multiple days, for job interviews, and they always multitasked so they could get my documents printed and continue assisting the other customers at the same time. Only downside is they have pretty short Sunday hours, at least during Covid, but that's a nitpick, really.

This store is soooooooo bad! So I called and they said it would be 8 cents per page to print, then they changed it to 9, then 10, then 12, then finally 14. They also said to come early so that they know I'm being legit about printing everything. So I arrive, then they say I can come back in 15 minutes and it will be done. When I come back 15 minutes later, they say they will start printing soon. On another occasion, they tried to charge me $29 for standard shipping of 16 pages to Chicago. Lastly, I called in advance, and they said it would be $250 to ship my belongings to the US. But when I get to the store, it's $400. Then when the package arrived, they said they want another $40 USD for it to be received, which is about 15% extra!

extremely rude. i just got off the phone with them. i asked if they could check if my shipment was there. she immediatly said that if i haven't gotten a notification from them then it isn't there and i have to call customer service for any information before i could finish what i was saying. i got the same treatment last time i dealt with them too.

It seems that in order to receive a package, you have to be home all day from morning until 9 at night. They are not able to notify what time of day, or even whether morning or afternoon (or late at night) they will arrive. Local reps are not able to reschedule when a delivery is missed. Unacceptable service.

I'm really disapointed. I ordered a package of supplies for my business that I needed for this week and paid for express shipping. I checked the ups tracking number and it said it would be delivered this evening (09/14/2015). Well it never came so I checked again and the delivery status said "delivered to customer woman" at 6:15 pm. I was home, it never arrived. So WHERE did my package go???? Did they deliver it to the wrong address? This is terrible service. I have never had an issue with UPS before but now I am really unhappy.

I called UPS and they 100% guaranteed that my package would be at the UPS Store by 12pm the next day. The package was not there! I went to pick up my package at the location indicated on the note left at my door. Staff looked for my package, but could not find it. They said to come back later. I came back 5 hours later and they still could not find it. After 20 minutes they figured out it was at a different location than the one written on the note the driver left at my door. The location I now need to go is closed for two days. Had the driver had a clue I wouldn’t have had to waste my time driving back and forth as well as waiting another two days for my package. Not impressed.

I shouted across the street to get his attention and to let him know I was not accepting the damaged package he had left at my door with no signature... then the little prick decided to tell me not to talk to him in that tone of voice.... f%#*+^% little bugger. VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER!!!! PS this was the second time this package has arrived damaged!

Absolutely horrible customer service, up sell and make promises they can't keep. I genuinely think they charge you the highest rate pocket the money and sent it the slowest way. Save your money. Use Canada Post or any other courier. Even when you lodge a formal complaint they do nothing.

Got item weighed at 59$ to ship to ontario, seemed reasonable. Lady wants to pack it in a bigger box so i agree and ends up going the whole 9 yards with bubble wrap etc...THEN puts it back on scale and total comes to 98$ im left with my jaw open like WTF.. I couldnt say no at that point because she had it all tightly wrapped and billed up. Will never return to this store ever again.

The reviews I see here for this store are sad. These are people trying to run a business during covid and not being able to find people who actually work for a living. We went in today to ship a package to Florida, we were quickly helped and told what to do and the forms to fill out. There were several other customers in the store and the lady who was there on her own did a great job handing everyone and we were in and out quickly. Y'all need to chill in the reviews here, bad things happen when you ship. Not this stores fault. With one employee in there they also don't have time to solve all your problems, do your research before you go in there . - basic stuff

Small business owner that has dealt primarily with this UPS STORE for 5 years. The staff here has always been helpful, courteous and polite in any given circumstance. They even call me if there is any problem with a pick up and delivery to ensure I am always informed. This is a store and these guys are not the UPS couriers and as a storefront operation they are great at service. They do however need to expedite box repairs when seen in a compromised state as this takes one request too many these boxes should be in pristine state all day every day.
