Really great quality infant passport photos. We came here to have our daughter’s passport photo redone since it was very poor quality from the first place we went and unlikely to be accepted. Wonderful experience. Photographer was friendly and gave clear directions to ensure that we got an excellent photo from our 6 month old. Photographer also reviewed the potential photos with us and had us choose our favourite. As we paid he gave us an additional 4x6 with a magnet, for the fridge, as a gift. So lovely!

I don’t recommend this place for portraits! My husband and I went in to get a couples portrait done for Christmas, and upon entry, we were uneasy right away. The place is a mess! You can hardly find a place to stand if there is someone else in there as it is stacked to the ceiling with props, gear and STUFF! It took a while for him to acknowledge us, even though we had made an appointment for a sitting, and then had to wait until he cleared stuff away from the photo area and find access to his backdrops! Then 2 poses-4 clicks and he was done! Pretty expensive for little effort! Then we waited a week for him to send them to us, and another week to get the approved and touched up single 8x10 copy! He never did respond to the Emails I sent numerous times, and when we finally got to go and pick up our single photo, we waited for about an hour before he could find them, then finally had to just print it again! Sorry, but for $150 bucks, we expected better service and photo package!

We got our baby’s first passport here (3 months old). They were so friendly and the whole process was fast and seamless. They even gave us a larger print out of the photo to keep with a fridge magnet. Nice touch! If you need a passport photo, this is a great place to go!

Matt was very patient and very professional. He did a very good job of my PR photo. The photo looks pretty and checks the IRCC requirement boxes. I had problems with the pixel of uploading the pic and he replied me in 5 min with another two versions. Highly recommend!

I had to get some extra passport photos today, and I phoned to confirm the business hour for Easter Friday yesterday, they told me 9-17:30, and I went there at 15:30, they were closed, I couldn't believe it, such unprofessional! Now I have to go somewhere else to take another one as I need them today. I wish they were more accurate about their business hour especially when someone called to confirm the day before. I don't live anywhere closer to downtown, I had to go out of my way to this place because I used them before, but I will not go again, and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

Love my photo! I HIGHLY recommend this place. If you've ever dreaded having your passport/PR photo done - don't! The photographer has an expert eye for light and composition (sounds intense for a passport photo but important if you've never had a good one). There's even a make-up tidying up station.
