Charlotte is amazing at what she does! Her studio is clean and comfortable for all parties attending. She was very patient with our little one during his newborn session. I did not feel overwhelmed or stressed when he became fussy, she handled it all with patience, and understanding; as she says, the babies control the session! I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone wanting photos. I have only had the pleasure of newborn shots with her, however the consensus of other reviews proves no matter the type of photos you want, you will be more than happy with the outcome. She’s well known in the industry and is considered quite the expert. Was rude, non-inclusive and incredibly unprofessional. Literally told my wife that she doesn’t “have bigger sized clients” and therefore doesn’t carry any dress over a medium when she was trying to schedule her maternity shoot. How this woman even has a business after treating potential clients this way is beyond me. During the current push in the world that is all about body positivity Charlotte feels like a flash back to the 1950’s. Time to grow up and get with the times Charlotte- be better and more inclusive.

It takes a special kind of skill to make this your career. Charlotte has the patience, atmosphere, and speed to take great pictures. The room was very warm and catered to having the baby sleep from the moment we walked in to the studio. However that didn't stop our little one from waking up or peeing a couple of times. But Charlotte was quick to adapt and get the shots we wanted. She was very accommodating in taking special requests. This is the 2nd time we've used her as our baby photographer. She was quite busy, so we felt lucky that she was able to fit us in as soon as she could, as our baby decided to come out a week later than anticipated. We'll be back in a few years when they grow up. Thank you sp very much Charlotte

Charlotte was such a joy to work with for my maternity shoot. I had a certain style that I was looking for and she was very accommodating and excited to get creative. On the day of the shoot, she made me feel comfortable, made the whole process really fun, and her directions for posing were easy to follow - a big deal since I'm far from being a professional model! I highly recommend Charlotte! She has done my maternity and newborn pictures for both of my children. The experience and photos for my first child were so amazing that we booked her for our second even though we moved 4 hours away. She was very accommodating and was great working with our difficult babies. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again!

We unfortunately didn't have a good experience with Charlotte. We found her impatient with our baby and difficult to deal with. She was very inflexible - I had stomach flu the day we were scheduled for our shoot and asked if we could possibly reschedule and the answer was a resounding "no". I found it hard to believe that her being a mother herself, she couldn't make time to help out a new mother in a difficult situation. I also sent her some gentle feedback after our session and she never responded. I then posted a review indicating my disappointment with the sesssion, and she responded very negatively and unprofessionally blaming me and my children for the challenges that we had. She complained about my toddler running around the suite, but also complained that I never came in to the suite until the last few minutes - but that was precisely because I was trying to entertain our toddler and keep her occupied so that Charlotte could do her work. She complained about our baby pooping on her (hazards of the job?) and was generally very difficult. I'll be honest and say the photos were pretty good - but the experience was incredibly disappointing for our family.

Having used Charlotte for newborn sessions and for multiple sessions throughout the first year for both my babies, I can't say enough great things about her. Charlotte has such a calm, professional demeanour. Her commitment to getting a perfect shot and her ability to pose and handle newborns is incredible. I have trusted her over the years to capture my family as it changed and grew and I couldn't be happier with her photography. I think we've had 9 sessions with her over the years and can't wait to have her capture our family as my kids again.
