From the moment Angela held my 6-day-old baby I knew, she was to be his photographer for life! We purchased a 1 year package right after his newborn session because we were so IMPRESSED with Capture a Moment Photography. We are 6 months in now and absolutely LOVE working with Angela and Jennifer. They are both so professional, kind, and caring. Our baby loves his photo sessions every month and we love seeing him grow through the BEAUTIFUL pictures they capture! I am so lucky to have met Angela and Jennifer, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. They are worth every penny, if not more! I usually schedule 30 minute sessions, and if it's a special occasion I'll do the 90-minute session... but either way they always capture so many cute shots and different outfits! They are so good at making my baby smile for them! Actually the first time he ever rolled over was in the studio. Capture a Moment Photography will forever be a part of our family and will always be our go-to for photo shoots and event photography.

With the pending birth of my first child, I started looking for photographers in the area. I wanted a photo session soon after he was born. I weighed having the hospital do it, or finding someone. After speaking with the photographers, I knew what my decision was. We spent the money and got a full year for our son. The best investment ever! We have had 7 sessions with them so far. We have more amazing quality photos than I will ever be able to share. They are the most flexible photographers! Most of the shoots have TWO!! Yes Two!! Photographers. If we get our pictures done quick we don’t stay the whole time, but if our son is giving us issues, we may stay a little later. They make very clear the expectations of the session. We have had sessions with just our son, or the whole family. We have done in studio, Yes they have there own studio, or we have done an out door shoot. None of this comes with an extra cost. To say this has been the best experience ever, is going lightly on the praise. If people are upset, they want something for nothing. With Capture a moment, you get more than you pay for. Great service, great experience, with a great team. 5+ stars in our book!

Went there for a Christmas theme photo shoot. I Couldn't be any less satisfied with the experience. First, we walked in and were greeted with "Are you the 12:30" ? Not "Hi how are you," or "Good Afternoon." Now that alone wouldn't earn a poor review, but its definitely not a great start. We were then walked back to a studio complete with a live reindeer. You'd think that would be amazing right? Well not really. The photographer never greeted us, addressed the kids by the wrong names, and seemed inconvenienced with our presence. and it was pretty rushed. when we were done, the was no mention of timeline for the photos to come back. Now am I expecting 1hr turn around? Hell no, but having no explanation honestly made us feel like an assembly line. "Get em in, Get em out" should be there wintertime slogan. Honestly for the 185 charge for 15min session, I would have been better off renting a reindeer costume and shooting the pics in my backyard (which still needs fall clean up) on a cellphone. At least everyone would be nice and not have one feel like you're sitting in a Secretary of State office.

My sisters and I had a photo shoot with Capture A Moment at Metro Beach last spring. They captured some wonderful shots of us as well as my favorite pictures ever of my niece and nephew. I'm looking forward to setting up another session so I can continue to cover my walls with favorite family photos!

We opted not to go with Capture a moment based on not owning any of the photos afterwards. When we booked our session for senior pictures for our son we left a deposit that was non refundable. At this time we believed it was just common place not to own your senior photos. They offer no option to own photos. We started checking around because we really wanted all the photos. Everyone else we called gives an option for ownership. We canceled well in advance and went with a photographer that we had used before for our Daughters wedding. We have full ownership of the photos to do what we want with them at 1/2 the price of capture a moment. I will say that they were nice folks there and it really surprised us that they did not offer even a partial refund. We cancelled far in advance and our time was booked for a Monday which I doubt is a hot time slot. The work we saw in the studio looked nice and I am sure they can do a good job but we are also sure that they should not need to keep deposits from families to stay in business.

Very creative and comfortable to be around. My photos turned out better than I could have hoped and I will cherish them forever. I went a little overboard and framed what most would consider a ridiculous amount of them, but hey, it's my house, right? And just as importantly, Jen and Angela were always there to answer questions almost immediately and provided photos within their original estimate, and the final dvd was sent within days of my order. I highly recommend, especially at George George Park, which turned out to be a beautiful setting for pictures.

Just discovered that my daughter yearbook picture was not delivered to school. I even communicated with them when the school emailed to say they didn't receive. I was told they would re deliver. Now her picture in yearbook and all school made video's are a stock photo. Nice way to ruin senior memories. Thought I could trust them, should have been a "Karen", I'll choose better next time.
