Was buying claritin, handed my optimum card and optimum credit card and the cashier looked at me and said no, we don't give points for any DIN items. i know this isn't true and said "fine, I will call" she then started to argue with me. I confronted the supervisor in training who was the girl that was following me and politely asked if she was following me and why. She adamantly said no and I took her name down and called back once I got home. The supervisor who answered was disgustingly dismissive and disrespectful and said that she was "putting up price tags" and that she didn't do anything wrong. Not only that, she explicitly said that "she was not following you" multiple times. Also said that she checked the cameras and "didn't see anything". I've never had problems with this store and I've been a customer for over a year now and I do not appreciate feeling like a thief when I shop, especially at a store that I go to frequently.

I am completely mortified and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. I experienced dealing with this pharmacist. I went there to have a regular prescription filled when I received my medication it didn't look the same. So I inquired with the technician if I could speak to the pharmacist about this. She was polite and diligent and went and got him. When the pharmacist arrived I told him my concern and he was dismissive and disrespectful and told me I didn't have to buy it if I didn't want to. I was shocked by his tone and demeanour toward me for asking a simple question about the medication I was about to put into my body. You would think that a pharmacist would want to make sure that he has filled the right medication and be open to answering any of my questions. To make matters worse he didn't even give me the standard fact sheet about the medication he had given me. Luckily for me, I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and I will be able to show him what the pharmacist has given me as I don't trust this pharmacist. In my opinion, I guess this pharmacist felt he didn't have to explains himself to a black woman, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity and equally especially when it comes to their health. The pharmacist I dealt with there seems to be of middle eastern descent. I hope this is an isolated incident and you will provide your employees with proper training. Especially when they are dealing with people's health, I expected better from you.

(Original) Achette un razoir aujourd hui , et je nest pas achette le bon je tellephone pour savoir si je peux me faire rembourse, le gerant me repond lavez vous achetter aujourd hui oui il y a 15 minute , alors en temp normal nous ne reprenon pas de retour mais si vous venez avant la fermeture on va vous le rebourser pas de probleme , je me deplace vite pour etre sur d'arrive avant la fermeture , et la on me dit que c'est un mal entendu entre les gerant et qu'ont ne peux reprendre larticle .... serieux je tellephone avant pour ne pas me deplacer pour rien et au final on me fait deplace pour rien ... pas reprendre larticle du a la pandemie je comprend mes je me renseigne a un gerant au tellephone pour avoir l'heur juste si je peux lechanger et je me deplace et on me retourne debort par votre mauvaise comunication ....
